English to Spanish: An approach to the architectonic patrimony of Mérida historical center General field: Tech/Engineering Detailed field: Architecture

The historical center of the city of Merida owns an architectonic patrimony
conformed by the open constructions, as well as open spaces and monuments
that have been declared of patrimonial interest, because of its historical, artistic
and cultural value, they give meaning to the parish scope “El Sagrario”,
with all potential that the building represents as a work of passable art, and the
many possibilities of appreciating values in it, where the man has the conscious
or unconscious necessity of finding with its roots and to attribute value to its
tracks, to its spaces (streets, squares, monuments), in the search of its identity.
To go around the historical center of Mérida excites imagination and in addition
allows an open look of the artistic and historical patrimony, in an approach to
the reflection and the appropriation of values of the inhabitants and visitors, in
the generation of consciousness, participation, commitment, and identity as a
form to recover the memory of the city.

HISTÓRICO DE MÉRIDA
RESUMEn
El Centro Histórico de la ciudad de Mérida posee un patrimonio arquitectónico
conformado por las edifi caciones, así como los espacios abiertos y monumentos
que han sido declarados de interés patrimonial, que por su valor histórico, artístico
y cultural cargan de signifi cado el ámbito de la parroquia “El sagrario”, con
todo el potencial que representa el edifi cio como una obra de arte transitable,
y las muchas posibilidades de apreciar los valores contenidos, donde el hombre
tiene la consciente o inconsciente necesidad de encontrarse con sus raíces y de
atribuir valor a sus huellas, a sus espacios (calles, plazas, monumentos), en la
búsqueda de su identidad. recorrer el centro histórico de Mérida nos da cabida
a la imaginación, además de permitir una visión abierta del patrimonio artístico
e histórico, en un acercamiento a la refl exión y la apropiación de valores de los
habitantes y visitantes, en la generación de conciencia, participación, compromiso,
e identidad como una forma de recuperar la memoria de la ciudad.

English to Spanish: Interpretive analysis of organizational culture on occupational health in the University Institute of Technology Ejido. (IUTE) General field: Social Sciences Detailed field: Education / Pedagogy
Source text - English ABSTRACT
The present research investigates the current situation present at the Graduate
Institute of Technology Ejido (IUTE) on occupational Health, in order to
generate an analysis to interpret this reality by creating the basis for the formulation
of a future proposal in accordance with the current legal structure, as
typified by the Organic Law of Prevention and Environmental Conditions (LOPCYMAT).
Consequently presents a research whose relevance in context to the
national situation where the importance of knowing about the occupational risk
management goes beyond just a legal formality, but involves attitudes and skills
which the health and welfare of people that make working life is constantly
threatened by suggesting a strategy that minimizes think that vulnerability. In
this sense, it provides an interpretive analysis of the reality lived in the IUTE to
characterize the true circumstances surrounding the workers who make working
life in the institute. The methodology used corresponds to a descriptive level
research, design and field documentary, which was based on the interview as a
way to collect data from twenty operative units comprising the sample.

UNIVERSITARIO TECNOLÓGICO DE EJIDO (IUTE)
RESUMEn
la investigación indaga sobre la realidad actual presente en el instituto Universitario
Tecnológico de ejido (iUTe) en materia de salud ocupacional, con el
propósito de generar un análisis que permita interpretarla creando las bases
para la formulación de una futura propuesta acorde con la estructura legal vigente,
conforme lo tipifi ca la Ley Orgánica de Prevención Condiciones y Medio
Ambiente de Trabajo (LOPCYMAT). En consecuencia se presenta un trabajo de
investigación cuya pertinencia contextualizaría la realidad institucional con la
realidad poniendo de relieve que la importancia de conocer sobre la gestión
de riesgos laborales va más allá de solo un formulismo legal, por el contrario
devela actitudes y aptitudes donde la salud y el bienestar de las personas
que hacen vida laboral se ve constantemente amenazada, lo que refi ere un
pensar estratégico que minimice esa vulnerabilidad. en este sentido, se ofrece
un análisis interpretativo de la realidad vivida en el iUTe permitiendo caracterizar
las verdaderas circunstancias que envuelven a los trabajadores inmersos
en el instituto. la metodología usada corresponde a una investigación de nivel
descriptivo, de diseño documental y de campo, que se apoyó en la entrevista
como forma para recolectar la información de veinte unidades operativas que
constituyen la muestra.
