Se practicó estudio de Resonancia Magnética de cráneo, obteniendo múltiples imágenes axiales. Se administra material de contraste por vía endovenosa. El estudio demuestra múltiples lesiones ocupantes a nivel del parénquima supra e infratentorial. A nivel cerebeloso se observan dos imágenes la de mayor tamaño de aproximadamente 1,8 cms y una pequeña al lado del 4to ventrículo del lado izquierdo, de aproximadamente 0,5 cms. Hay otras imágenes con similares características, redondeadas, con impregnación en forma de anillo, ubicadas en el lóbulo temporal del lado izquierdo en No. 3 midiendo entre 0,3 y 2 cms. Se observa efecto de masa sobre el sistema ventricular. | Translation - English
A Magnetic Resonance Imaging MRI was performed, obtaining multiple axial images. Intravenous contrast agents were administered. The study shows multiple space-occupying lesions in supra and subtentorial brain parenchyma. Two images are identified at the cerebellum, the largest measuring approximately 1.8 cm and next to the 4th left ventricle there is a small one which measures approximately 0.5 cm. There are other images with similar characteristics, rounded, impregnated as ring-shaped, located at the left temporal lobe Nº 3 which measure between 0.3 and 2 cm in diameter. Mass effect is observed on the ventricular system.
