Bio
I am a full-time ATA certified translator, having lived most of my life in Brazil. In 2009, I relocated to New Jersey, US.

My interest in languages, in general, and English, in particular, is something that always permeated my life and my professional activities. I have a law degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and prior to moving to the US, I worked for some multinational companies, mostly in their tax departments.

I have a Certificate in Translation (English>Portuguese), from New York University, where I took courses in Journalism, Medical and Legal translation and CAT tools.

I also translate as a volunteer to UN and it has been an enriching and rewarding experience.
