Translation - English The sight of the gentle snow fluttering before Hinatsuki's eyes left its impression. As a shadow warrior who was no more than a part of her lord's arsenal of weapons, she realized she held not the right to sacrifice her focus for such trivial matters as the changing seasons. Still, she mourned the hardening of her soul, and it was that melancholy that only strengthened her desire to burn the image into her mind's eye. Behind her emotionless expression, she hoped more than anything that modest wish could be granted.
Hinatsuki's eyes were as cold as ice as she dashed forward, a blur cutting through the enemy line. How many even realized the moment of their demise? She was like an imperceptible blade, leaving nothing in her wake but a trail of blood and the purest, silent death. Seen as a deadly tool herself, Hinatsuki knew her kunai was restless with the taste for blood, and that until there were none left to kill, she could not return.
Discio's white hair and red scarf were far too conspicuous for a ninja, yet he cared not. All knew well of his spectacular aptitude and incorrigible arrogance. Save for his silver hawk Ioruru, he saw all other beings as incompetent. Stealth was a similarly useless concept, for by the moment his targets collapsed to the ground, he had already vanished.
Each kill performed with the utmost focus, Discio saw the blood of his victims spill in slow motion. His blade glided at the speed of light, striking his foes before they could hear it whistling through the air. Before a single drop of crimson stained the ground, all trace of him had disappeared. His awesome power was as feared as a vengeful phantom, despite his gaudy appearance, for his terrifying velocity ensured none were able to witness it.
Hisame had only the falling snow to soothe her soul. Her father had been executed by a power-hungry shogun, and like many other ninja, she had lost her place in a world that saw her as a threat to peace. She began to feel as if she were like the ephemeral crystals that melted upon her palm: Born within a storm and vanishing in an instant. No matter how fervent her desire to resist, the flow of time was unforgiving.
To retain her dignity as heiress to her father's ninja clan, Hisame refused to sit by idly as her cruel fate crept closer. Her life belonged to her country and its people even to her dying breath. She scaled the shogun's castle, unnoticed by all until it was too late. Amidst the white snow, she blossomed more magnificently than ever. Her sublime grace and beauty etching into the minds of those present, history would never forget the unyielding honor and furious vengeance of the ninja.
Clients whose lust for revenge had driven them to the edge of insanity approached Gato with their mad requests. Some demanded assassination, while others called for torture. Gato knew that such twisted souls had no other way to vent their frustrations, and truly vehement emotions would make his task all the more enjoyable.
Gato would take the overpowering malice of his client and seal it into an amulet for strength. The deeper the hatred, the more violent the resentment, the more suffering his scythe would inflict as it tore through his target's flesh. As the head of his dying victim mouthed wordless pleas for forgiveness, the amulet would lose its effect. It was only through his patrons that Gato could slay even towering demons, and indeed, none were detested with such intensity as the inhumane.
Destined to become a savior, Charmina's soul was as pure as the white clothes she wore. Since the day she was born, not a moment had passed in which she was allowed to forget that role. All who witnessed her saw one with a chaste and noble spirit, unable to see how she was forbidden to escape her fate even through death. Indeed, she was nothing more than a naive, young girl inside.
Charmina understood what her place was in the world. She hoped desperately that even a single soul would show compassion for her, the same way as a mother loves her child. Yet, when not a soul came to her side, Charmina was unable to mature. She could only continue to battle against the calamity that befell the world, waiting for the day when she met her love, a day that would never come.
Mirella was surrounded on all sides by cacophonous darkness. The ominous caws of the crows filled her heart with dread and chaos. Though they were ordinary creatures, the suffering the humans had inflicted upon them caused malice to build within their frames. Each spiteful cry from the murder warped Mirella's soul, until it was as black as the birds' plumage.
The crows had been persecuted as symbols of ill omen for much too long. They cursed Mirella and turned her into a black-plumed avatar of vengeance. Her vast wings shrouded the blue skies with despair as she plotted the death of a human for each bird that had perished. She became the lone ruler of realms above and below, casting them into the darkest misery.
A reminder of events both wondrous and dreadful, the unique star that adorned his cloak spoke of Uditer's origin. He belonged to a cursed and yet destined people who had once ruled the world, yet brought nearly to extinction by the cruelty of others. Now Uditer, the "Star Bearer," was all that remained, and as such he was the final wielder of that fearsome ability.
Uditer commanded all that bore the same mysterious star-shaped marking, whether man or god. Once branded, not a single action could be taken without his consent. His orders absolute, the death he ordained for his enemies would come swifter than the eye could follow. His control over all elements, whether land, sea, or sky, reestablished the dominion of his lost people.

1-1 Construction Management
Construction management is defined as follows:
• Safely lead the construction under a time and financial constraint. It involves estimating the necessary labor, resources, skills, and budget.
• Plan and manage based on the agreed construction schedule.
It is broken down into four parts: ①Procedure management, ②Product quality management, ③Budget management, and ④Safety management.
1-2 Construction Management Functions
Figure 1-1 Construction Management Functions
Even though the four parts (procedure management, product quality management, budget management, and safety management) require its own management, they are not separate entities—
Product quality, procedure, and budget have the following properties within the construction process.
① The procedure and budget correlation is shown in curve a. As the procedure quickens, budget lowers. However, when the procedure is rushed, the budget rises.
② The budget and product quality correlation is shown in curve b. Lower qualities are cheaper and higher qualities are more expensive.
③ The product quality and procedure correlation is shown in curve c. Better quality requires more time and extends the procedure. On the other hand, when the procedure is rushed, the product quality lowers.
These show that product quality, procedure, and budget have both negative and positive correlations. The construction management must aim to establish the following.
Make fine adjustments in all the properties to protect product quality within the time restraint.
Generate a construction schedule for the lowest possible budget
Adhere to the construction schedule
1-3 Construction Management Protocol
Refer to Figure 1-3 Management Function Cycle for the construction management protocol.
Select a management component and device a plan. Determine the foundational value and standard value based on Facility Management Norms.
Adhere to the plan.
Record and analyze the data from the construction. Compare the plan and the results.
For unsatisfactory results, perform a further study and take appropriate actions.
Repeat the cycle in the order of Plan, Do, Check, and Action.
1-4 Basic Structure of Construction Management
1-4-1 Procedure Management
Procedure management governs over the construction schedule and makes adjustments as necessary. When the construction is behind schedule, procedure management must investigate the source and eliminate the problem.
1-4-2 Product Quality Management
Product quality management operates to meet the product quality standards in product and design specifications and blueprints. It must refer to the Facility Management Norms to ensure a high-quality standard.
1-4-3 Budget Management
Budget Management aims to reduce the construction budget in manufacturing and facility managing departments. It compares the estimated and actual cost to manage the operation under the budget.
1-4-4 Safety Management
Safety management is the following.
To assure safety in all sites through inspection and planning
Perform appropriate management measures for unexpected changes in the construction procedures.
To assure safety in limited construction time, construction methods and budget.

Translation - English The route started from Chiangmai and moves toward the northwest mountain road. SS is 175km, and the max time is 6 hours. Roads have tons of ups and downs that even some AUTO machines have difficulty climbing the hill when not using a small range of the low gear. The roads were also slippery due to the rain, which many MOTO division racers have toppled. Rivers had to be crossed and with points where the rising river covers the hood of the cars. Two-wheelers were able to avoid this by using the rope bridge, but some four-wheelers were grounded at these points.
This race requires a long task of riding 500 km south along the Myanmar border, starting from Mae Hong Son. SS was set as the mountain district, and it ended up being a keen competition in the jungle like LEG1. Everlasting hairpin turn, tarmac, gravel, mud, and other variations were also harsh toward the gas consumption. There were many troubles and accidents causing highly rated contenders to end with a low-rank. Also, there is 360 km of liaison after the SS, which made it physically and mentally challenging for the two-wheelers due to the rain.
A flat and dry high-speed stage starting from the mid-western district of Thailand. The SS is 135 km, which is medium length, but the interval of piece notes are exceptional short making it hard to navigate. Many teams have mistaken their course or have lost their position here. This vast lost time caused them to exceed the maximum time and receive a penalty. However, only two-thirds of the two-wheelers and one-third of the four-wheelers were able to finish without a penalty, which significantly affected the second half of the race.
It was a long race that extends Phrae of the mid-northern Thailand. SS is 243.74 km long, the longest course in this competition made to be severe and strict. Racers are required to have the high level of physical strength and concentration. The first half was the high-speed dirt road, but the second half had the soaked red clay, thick muds, and jungles that made the drive slippery. There were deep creeks, which some two-wheelers dropped their time from submerging into them. The town of Phrae has lots of race event experience, which the number of audience increases after this point.
