I am a PhD Pharmacy at the Institute of Nutrition and Food Technology (University of Granada) with a multidisciplinary analytical and research experience in Nutrition and Biomedical Sciences. Passionate about health and nutrition, I have volunteered for the International Congress of Nutrition 2013, I am editor of a book in Spanish about clinical nutrition, I have been involved in many research projects most of them related with nutrition, including creating an European Food Databases.
Native Spanish and Arabic speaker with a professional level of English. I lived most of my life in Spain, however, I have been working as postdoctoral researcher in United Kingdom for 2 years. I have used Spanish and English continously along my career.
I have got wide experience translating medical documents (guidelines, manuscripts, prospects, diets, etc.) for individuals, governments, research organizations and publishers.
