Bio
Freelance English-Spanish translator. I work in research in computer science. I am proficient in the use of technical and conventional English language. I write regularly papers in English

I am researcher in Computer Science, more specifically in the area of Artificial Intelligence. I have a Phd in Computer Science (in 2001), and postdoctoral studies in Catalonia, Spain (2003-2007). I love foreign languages, particularly English, German and Catalan. I write regularly papers and articles in English and Spanish. I am a freelance translator, and I would be willing to join other freelance translators for English-Spanish or German-Spanish translations. My main interests / topics on which I would like to translate: cooking, meditation, world history, social and family issues (the list is not exhaustive).

What I enjoy most about translating is the constant challenge it means, learning new words, idioms and expressions every time. I love also being in touch with different cultures, since translating effectively requires learning about the reader's culture, delivering a message he'll be able to understand.
