- Translating materials from different suppliers,
ensuring the translation quality by adhering to suppliers’ style guide,
instruction, glossary, etc., and reviewing translated files carefully.
-Maintain TM/terminology databases on a regular basis to
reflect client needs; create project style guides and glossaries, review
translations to ensure quality in terms of linguistic quality, adequacy, accuracy,
terminology and user preferences, etc. Translation is a routine work.
-Maintain close interaction with reviewers, product
managers at the client side - engaging the customers into the quality control
process to drive translation quality and ensure satisfying content delivery,
whereas all requests, comments are reflected and that the final translation is
a perfect go for Chinese market.
