Source text - Portuguese 2. O pagamento do montante previsto no número anterior será feito numa base mensal, de acordo com o cronograma financeiro incluído no Anexo 2.
3. Os pagamentos mensais mencionados no número anterior, serão faturados até dia 20 de cada mês, devendo ser pagos até ao final desse mesmo mês.
4. Não obstante o disposto nos números anteriores, e caso venha a ocorrer por parte da [Empresa] a respetiva adjudicação da fase B2, a faturação relativa à fase B2 (Elaboração de projetos complementares e opcionais como definidos na proposta) será feita por inteiro, contra a entrega dos elementos a que se refere.
5. Caso, durante ou após o desenvolvimento dos serviços aqui contratados, as Partes constatem a necessidade de qualquer alteração substancial quanto à extensão dos serviços contratados, a [Empresa] elaborará uma nova proposta de afetação de meios e honorários, que será objeto de aprovação por escrito por parte da [Empresa].
6. Para efeitos do disposto no numero anterior, considerar-se-á como variação substancial toda e qualquer variação igual ou superior a 5% dos honorários totais integrantes da proposta junta a este contrato no Anexo 1. O prolongamento de cada uma das fases será objeto de honorários adicionais cobrados de acordo com a equipa afeta conforme definida na proposta em anexo.
Translation - English 2. The payment of the amount referred to above shall be made on a monthly basis, according to the financial schedule included in Annex 2.
3. The monthly payments mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be invoiced until the 20th of each month and must be paid by the end of that month.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraphs, and if it occurs, by the [Company], their award of the phase B2, the invoicing related to the B2 phase (Elaboration of complementary projects and options as defined in the proposal) will be made in full, against the delivery of the elements it refers to.
5. If, during or after the development of the services contracted herein, the Parties determine the need for any substantial modification to the extent of the contracted services, [Company] will prepare a new proposal for allocation of resources and fees, which will be subject to written approval by [Company].
6. For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, it shall be considered as a substantial variation any and all variation equal to or higher than 5% of the total fees part of the proposal hereby adjoined in Annex 1. The extension of each phase will be subject to additional fees charged according to the responsible team as defined in the attached proposal.
