Bio

Andrew Vlcek
Czech-English
I'm an American of Czech heritage with a lifetime of exposure to Czech and now several years of formal training in the language.

I work exclusively with Czech to English translation. I am happy to translate any kind of non-technical documents, but I specialize in education, the humanities, social sciences, and related fields.

I have an extensive training in English literature, philosophy, and history, and I bring this high-level humanistic education and my mastery of the English language to all of my translation projects. My goal is always to render Czech documents into literate, sophisticated, natural English.
