I am a fully bilingual Brazilian-American translator with over five years' experience in translation, proofreading, localization, and MTPE. I am specialized in forestry, environmental, and marketing translation.
I completed my Bachelor's degree in Brazil, majoring in History. In Brazil, I also completed a two-year specialization course in translation at Brasillis, a leading translation school. Then I moved to Sweden to pursue an MA in politics and society, specializing in Swedish forest policy.
Besides translating between Brazilian Portuguese and English, I also translate from Swedish and German into English or Portuguese. I work mainly with Trados Studio 2021 but am familiar with other CAT Tools.
