Law is my first and main field of expertise, since I hold a law degree (meester in de rechten) from a Dutch university (Rijksuniversiteit Utrecht)and an LL.M. degree in European Integration Law from the Dresden Technical University (TU Dresden).
Occasionally I also work as an interpreter (DE <> NL), mainly in local court proceedings, police and customs matters and sometimes for industrial clients in the region.
Furthermore I have been teaching in a few Dutch courses for local language schools.
The main part of my work consists of translating all kinds of texts, primarily in the legal field, but I feel comfortable translating technical documentations, business letters etc.
Prices are principally to be agreed upon, but I usually offer my services for 0,10 - 0,14 €/ word (or for German customers around 0,85 €/ 55 chars.)
Depending on the kind of text my daily output would be around 2000 words per day. When deadlines are tight I usually can manage a larger workload.
