Source text - English Land Grab: Israeli Knesset passes law legalizing expropriation of privately-owned Palestinian land The Israeli Knesset on Monday passed a controversial new law that allows the Israeli government to expropriate private Palestinian land in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, making more than a dozen Israeli settlements legal under Israeli law. The unprecedented bill passed late Monday night with 60 votes in favor to 52 against, according to Palestinian government news agency Wafa. The legislation, refered to as the “Regularization Bill,” legalizes more than 4,000 settler outpost units under Israeli law, and has been dubbed the first step toward de facto annexation.

أراضي فلسطينية خاصة مصادرة الأرض : الكنيست الإسرائيلي يقر قانونا يشرّع مصادرة أراضي فلسطينية خاصة أقر البرلمان الإسرائيلي " الكنيست " يوم الاثنين قانونا جديدا مثيرا للجدل يسمح للحكومة الإسرائيلية بمصادرة الأراضي الفلسطينية الخاصة في الضفة الغربية المحتلة والقدس الشرقية ، مما يضفي الصبغة الشرعية على عشرات المستوطنات الإسرائيلية بموجب هذا القانون الإسرائيلي . ولقد تمت المصادقة على مشروع القانون الذي لم يسبق له مثيل بغالبية 60 صوتا ، ومعارضة 52 وفقا لوكالة الانباء الحكومية الفلسطينية وفا . ولقد قام الإسرائيليون بتشريع قانون يحمل اسم " التسوية " لشرعنة أكثر من 4000 بؤرة استيطانية بموجب القانون الإسرائيلي . وتعتبر خطوة أولى في الطريق إلى ضم الضفة الغربية لإسرائيل .
