Source text - English Generally aged material requires higher temperatures and longer heating-out times. In some cases – due to insufficient insulation – parts of adsorbent will even not reach the required minimum temperatures, e.g. areas close to adsorbent vessel wall. Unequal filling of adsorbent material also may cause areas with reduced / increased flow (channelling). If the adsorbent (even parts of it), will not be heated up enough, the regeneration would be insufficient, which will consequently lead to a less adsorbent performance.

Source text - Chinese 目前液氮洗塔压比较正常，11月以来波动较小，但现在出现了新问题，就是液氮洗出口CO指标经常超标，且洗涤氮温度正常，流量正常，负荷偏低的情况下出现的。12月8日20点超标最为严重，由于液氮洗出口在线分析仪损坏，20：00后手动取样分析CO指标287ppm，合成塔热点温度下降，催化剂中毒，随后减量，下图为减量后截图
Translation - English The operation of Nitrogen Wash Column is relatively stable now. No significant fluctuations was observed since November. However, a new issue popped up. High CO content had been frequently detected in the product while NWU was operating under normal temperature and flowrate, with a relative low load. The worst condition happened on Dec 8th at 20:00, a CO content of 287ppm was detected by manual sampling due to failure of the online analyzer. The hot spot temperature of catalyst in the downstream synthesis column was found decreased, the catalyst had been poisoned. We later reduced the flow. Below are the screenshots after the flow been decreased.
