행사기간에는 마임·음악·무용·전통연회 등 다양한 퍼포먼스와 공연을 비롯해 전시 및 체험행사가 진행되는데 소설가 이외수, 세계적인 마이미스트 유진규 등 강원도에서 활동하는 예술인들이 대거 참여하는 다채로운 문화 프로그램이 펼쳐질 예정이다.

Source text - English CLAUSE 8 – LIABILITY
The non-fulfillment or the improper performance of this Settlement Agreement in accordance with the terms and the conditions stipulated above may justify the implementation of the contractual liability, without prejudice to the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.
CLAUSE 9 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Settlement Agreement and the rights and obligations arising here from shall be governed and construed in accordance with French law.
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present Settlement Agreement shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said rules. Seat of the arbitration shall be Paris; language shall be English.
CLAUSE 10 – ENFORCEABILITY AND SEVERABILITY OF CLAUSES
If any provisions herein are found to be unenforceable on the grounds that they are overly broad or in conflict with applicable laws, it is the intent of the Parties that such provisions be replaced, reformed or narrowed so that their original business purpose can be accomplished to the extent permitted by law, and that the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
