I would like to introduce myself:
I was born in Mexico City, moved to Canada 25 years ago to study, worked most of my professional life in English and Spanish, in the beginning with International Companies in Export and Customer Service in charge of Latin American clients, translating invoices, quotes, shipping documents and technical information for manufacturing companies in Canada and informing customers about their orders and concerns in both English and Spanish.
After few years worked as an Interpreter and Translator for government agencies assisting clients with their personal issues and concerns, including appointments such as; government, doctor, social services, lawyers and any other settlement services for new immigrants.
Translated documents such as birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates, documents and diplomas, foreign driver license, employment records, criminal check, refuges claims, reference letters, etc.
I am professionally trained as an English-Spanish interpreter and translator at the University of Toronto, graduated in 2007, and enjoy working with the public for over 10 years.
