Source text - English The Contracting Parties are aware of the fact that within the framework of the fulfillment of this Contract they can mutually convey information that shall be considered as confidential. All confidential information, which is possessed by one party and which will be given to the other party, remain the exclusive ownership of the party that has transmitted it. The party that accepted the information shall maintain its confidentiality and protection with such an effort as if it were its own confidential information. With the exception of the scope necessary for the co-operation, which is the reason of concluding this Contract, both parties undertake not to duplicate confidential information of the other party in any way, not to hand it over to a third party or to their own employees and representatives, with the exception of those, who need to be familiar with it in order to fulfill this Contract. Both parties herewith undertake not to use confidential information of the other party for any other purpose than is the fulfillment of the essence of co-operation, which is the reason for concluding this contract.
Translation - Polish Strony przyjmują do wiadomości fakt, iż w ramach wykonywania niniejszej umowy mogą przekazywać sobie wzajemnie informacje, które uznaje się za poufne. Wszelkie informacje poufne, którymi dysponuje jedna strona i które zostaną przekazane drugiej stronie, pozostają wyłączną własnością strony, która je przekazała. Strona, która otrzymała informacje, zachowuje ich poufny charakter i zapewnia ich ochronę, podejmując przy tym taki sam wysiłek, jaki podjęłaby w przypadku własnych informacji poufnych. Z wyjątkiem zakresu niezbędnego do współpracy będącej przedmiotem niniejszej umowy strony zobowiązują się do niepowielania w żaden sposób informacji poufnych drugiej strony, do nieprzekazywania ich żadnej osobie trzeciej ani swoim pracownikom i przedstawicielom z wyjątkiem osób, które muszą dysponować przedmiotowymi informacjami w celu wykonania niniejszej umowy.
