My name is Micaela Pascualini and I am from Argentina. I have been learning English since a very young age as I find it a fascinating language to delve into. Some years ago I decided I wanted to be a translator and that is what I am today! During the academic training I have translated the literary works of authors such as Ernest Hemingway, Ambrose Bierce, Alice Walker, Bruce Holland Rogers, Elena Poniatowska, Julio Cortázar, Mario Benedetti, etc.
To translate is more than transferring words from one language to another, it means transferring ideas, convictions and cultures. Everyone should be able to enjoy literature and I am proud to be part of the process of spreading it.
