Source text - Italian Da Marx a Mark. Secondo il fondatore di Facebook, la storia non è più storia di lotte di classe. Lo è stata, ai tempi dell’occidente imperialista, dell’industria del carbone e dell’architettura del ferro. Oggi, ai tempi della crisi economica, del mondo senza centro, dell’informatica e dei social network, la storia è diventata altro.
I filosofi gettavano sguardi sulla storia universale e offrivano interpretazioni complessive del suo sviluppo: filosofie della storia. I filosofi erano immancabilmente al centro, se non al culmine, della storia stessa. Oggi, nel mondo plurale e senza egemonia occidentale, all’avvento della quarta rivoluzione industriale, dell’abolizione dello spazio e della continua accelerazione, l’occidente ha trovato altri profeti. Ai seriosi ritratti di un Hegel o alla barbuta espressione di un Marx si è sostituita la glabra babyface di uno Zuckerberg. “Zuck” per gli amici.
In un post pubblicato di recente il CEO di Facebook racconta la sua visione per il futuro della sua azienda. In questo contesto, Zuck si lancia in una sorta di filosofia della storia: offre una interpretazione complessiva sullo sviluppo della storia umana.
