Hello, here is my briefly bio.
My background and expertise includes serving as a legal consultant (assistant), translator within US and international environments, responsibilities included handling, organizing and managing general and legal documents,
In the beginning, right after law school, I started as a Jurist-Consultant when the free market just beginning to form in the Soviet Union (Armenia), the company was involved in trade and deliveries operations, and there was a running legal paperwork and arbitration cases handled by me with the positive outcome for the business.
After accepting a sudden job offer, I worked as Jurist (Attorney) at Moscow, for federal corporations (companies) negotiating, reviewing and supervising contracts (agreements) and working out all legal matters in a successful manner, also, got acquainted with a lot of interesting business partners and people.
Following to business partner invitation, opened my own company in Vienna (Austria), worked there with metal products and automotive production contracts. Also, I was involved with civil law consultations (law aid to CIS citizens abroad), and legal paperwork filing assistance. That was my very good first foreign trade rules (regulations) and language learning experience.
Next move for the further mutual partnership business was the Prague (Czech Republic) where I, as the company co-owner and legal partner, conducting civil and general legal support and consultations for CIS citizens, preparing legal documents and drafting automotive, machinery and professional equipment contracts.
In the USA, I worked as a Foreign Law Consultant, legal document assistant, English-Russian and Russian-English translator (translations with monolingual and bilingual proof and edit) from 2002 to date.
I am proficient in basic computing tasks such as handling Microsoft Office documents and can speak four languages (Russian, Armenian, English, German). I can efficiently work both in a team and independently.
