Incoming gas is first cooled in a heat exchanger. It then passes through the scrubber to remove liquids and goes into the compressor. The anti-surge loop and the surge valve (UV0121 23) allows the gas to recirculate.
Scrubbers and reboilers
The separated gas may contain mist and other liquid droplets. Drops of water and hydrocarbons also form when the gas is cooled in the heat exchanger, and must be removed before it reaches the compressor. If liquid droplets enter the compressor, they will erode the fast rotating blades. A scrubber is designed to remove small fractions of liquid from the gas. There are various types of gas-drying equipment available, but the most common suction (compressor) scrubber is based on dehydration by absorption in triethylene glycol (TEG). The scrubber consists of many levels of glycol layers. A large number of gas traps (enlarged detail) force the gas to bubble up through each glycol layer as it flows from the bottom to the top of each section. Processed glycol is pumped in at the top from the holding tank. It flows from level to level against the gas flow as it spills over the edge of each trap. During this process, it absorbs liquids from the gas and comes out as rich glycol at the bottom. The holding tank also functions as a heat exchanger for liquid, to and from the reboilers.
Compressors, anti-surge and performance
Compressors are used in many parts of the oil and gas process, from upstream production to gas plants, pipelines, LNG and petrochemical plants. Several types of compressors are used for gas compression, each with different characteristics such as operating power, speed, pressure and volume:
Reciprocating compressors, which use a piston and cylinder design with 2-2 cylinders are built up to about 30 MW power, around 500-1,800 rpm with pressure up to 5MPa (500 bars). Used for lower capacity gas compression and high reservoir pressure gas injection.
Screw compressors are manufactured up to several MW, synchronous speed (3,000/3,600 rpm) and pressure up to about 2.5 MPa (25 bar). Two counter-rotating screws with matching profiles provide positive displacement and a wide operating range. Typical use is natural gas gathering.

Source text - Russian 2.6 Требования к прокладке трубопроводов теплоснабжения
A. Трубопроводы теплоснабжения прокладываются как на эстакадах, так и на отдельно стоящих стойках. Предусматривается совместная прокладка технологических трубопроводов, тепловых сетей, а также кабелей электроснабжения, КиА и связи там, где это необходимо и возможно.
B. Для предотвращения замерзания продуктов и снижения теплопотерь трубопроводы, при необходимости, теплоизолируются и обеспечиваются электрообогревом.
C. Все участки паропроводов, которые могут быть отключены запорными органами, для возможности их прогрева и продувки, должны быть снабжены в концевых точках штуцером с вентилем, а при давлении свыше 2,2 МПа - штуцером и двумя последовательно расположенными вентилями: запорным и регулирующим.
D. Горизонтальные участки трубопроводов пара и горячей воды должны иметь уклон не менее 0,004; трубопроводы тепловых сетей - уклон не менее 0,002.
E. Для трубопроводов пара внутренним диаметром 150 мм и более и температурой пара 300 градусов и выше должны быть предусмотрены места для установки указателей перемещения. Необходимо обеспечить свободный доступ к указателям перемещения и предусмотреть площадки обслуживания, где это необходимо.
F. Нижние концевые точки паропроводов и нижние точки их изгибов должны быть снабжены устройством для продувки.
Тиристорный блок является неотъемлемой частью промышленного оборудования.
При подаче электроэнергии, тиристорный блок может вызывать опасные перепады напряжения. Не снимайте пластиковую крышку. Не используйте данное устройство в аэрокосмической и ядерной отраслях промышленности.
При подключении тиристорного блока к основному источнику питания в нерабочем режиме, прежде чем прикоснуться к нему, убедитесь, что блок изолирован, и дождитесь разрядки внутренних конденсаторов по меньшей мере в течение минуты.

B. To prevent freezing of products and reduce heat losses, the pipelines, if necessary, are heat-insulated and provided with electrical heating.
C. All parts of the steam pipelines that can be shut off by the shut-off devices, for their warming-up and purging, at their end points, must be provided with a valve fitting, and at a pressure of over 2.2 MPa - must be provided with a fitting and two successively located shut-off and control valves.
D. Horizontal sections of steam and hot water pipelines should have a slope of at least 0.004; pipelines of heating networks - a slope of at least 0.002.
E. For steam pipelines with an internal diameter of 150 mm or more and a steam temperature of 300 degrees or higher should be provided with places for the installation of direction indicators. It is necessary to ensure free access to the movement indicators and to provide maintenance sites where necessary.
F. The lower end points of the steam pipelines and the lower points of their bends should be provided with a blowdown device.
Thyristor block is an integral part of industrial equipment.
When power is applied, the thyristor unit can cause dangerous voltage drops. Do not remove the plastic cover. Do not use this device in aerospace and nuclear industries.
When connecting the thyristor unit to the main power supply in idle mode, before touching it, make sure that the unit is isolated and wait until the internal capacitors are discharged for at least a minute.
Thyristor blocks are susceptible to interference from a nearby equipment or power source. For this reason, in accordance with good practice, some precautions should be taken:
• The coil contactor, relay and other inductive loads must be equipped with a resistive-capacitive filter.
• Use shielded bipolar cables for input and output signals.
• Laying of signal cables near or in parallel with power cables is prohibited.
• Local regulations and regulations concerning electrical installation must be strictly observed.

Работая во внешней торговле, мне довелось побывать во многих странах мира с деловыми поездками, встречать различных людей и изучить различные деловые традиции и культуры. Мой девиз в бизнесе и в ежедневной жизни – конструктивный подход. Он помогает мне разрешать сложные и нестандартные вопросы.
В 2007 году, накопленный опыт позволил мне выбрать работу с более высокой зарплатой. Я присоединился к компьютерному бизнесу. За несколько месяцев сотрудничества мне удалось внедрить систему кредитования на месте, которая зарекомендовала себя эффективно и позволила увеличить продажи.

Translation - English I was successful and lucky to start my professional career at a foreign trade department of a big fiber producer in Belarus – JSC Mogilevkhimvolokno. The company used to be a significant player on the international market so I found myself in a perfect environment for developing my professional skills. Working in international trade gave me unique opportunity to travel around the World, to meet new people and to explore different business cultures. My business and every day motto is –constructive approach. It helps me to confront complex and non-standard challenges.
My accumulated experience paved new way towards my personal development and prosperity. I joint computer business in 2007 in a view to raise my income, and succeeded well. During these few month working for the computer business I negotiated and introduced a crediting system that proved to be very efficient and increased our sales.
Further invitation from newly established Russian trading company brought even more improvements to my life and more challenges to test my skills. I took active part in setting up new Moscow office, and what is more interesting and important – I had to get the work and business started from the very beginning (in terms of international trade).
