I worked for Audible.com as a Back Office Lead for 3 years where I had the pleasure of creating a centralized web directory where our team could easily find the information we needed. I also helped in reviewing and improving the Tech Knowledge Centers and created / improved SOPs for our Tech department.

I am tech oriented as I have always worked with computers, I understand MacOS X and Windows, plus knowledge in web design, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, computer maintenance, and more.
