Tasks of distribution system operators
1. The distribution system operator shall be responsible for ensuring the long-term ability of the system to meet reasonable demands for the distribution of electricity, for operating, maintaining and developing under economic conditions a secure, reliable and efficient electricity distribution system in its area with due regard for the environment and energy efficiency.
2. In any event, it must not discriminate between system users or classes of system users, particularly in favour of its related undertakings.
3. The distribution system operator shall provide system users with the information they need for efficient access to, including use of the system.
4. A Contracting Party may require the distribution system operator, when dispatching generating installations, to give priority to generating installations using renewable energy sources or waste or producing combined heat and power.
5. Each distribution system operator shall procure the energy it uses to cover energy losses and reserve capacity in its system according to transparent, non-discriminatory and market based procedures, whenever it has such a function. That requirement shall be without prejudice to using electricity acquired under contracts concluded before 1 January 2006.
6. Where a distribution system operator is responsible for balancing the distribution system, rules adopted by it for that purpose shall be objective, transparent and non-discriminatory, including rules for the charging of system users of their networks for energy imbalance. Terms and conditions, including rules and tariffs, for the provision of such services by distribution system operators shall be established in accordance with Article 37(6) in a non-discriminatory and cost-reflective way and shall be published.
7. When planning the development of the distribution network, energy efficiency/demand-side management measures or distributed generation that might supplant the need to upgrade or replace electricity capacity shall be considered by the distribution system operator.

1. Оператор системы распределения электроэнергии несет ответственность за обеспечение долгосрочной способности системы удовлетворять разумные требования по распределению электроэнергии, по эксплуатации, техническому обслуживанию и развитию в экономических условиях безопасной, надежной и эффективной системы распределения электроэнергии в своей зоне ответственности с учетом эффективности использования окружающей среды и электроэнергетических ресурсов.
2. При любых обстоятельствах недопустима дискриминация среди пользователей или групп пользователей системы, в частности, в пользу связанных предприятий.
3. Оператор системы распределения электроэнергии обеспечивает пользователей системы информацией, необходимой для эффективного доступа, включая использование системы.
Сторона Договора вправе требовать, чтобы оператор системы распределения электроэнергии при распределении электростанций отдавал приоритет станциям, использующим возобновляемые источники энергии, или отходы, или комбинированное производство тепла и электроэнергии.
5. Каждый оператор системы распределения электроэнергии при наличии соответствующих полномочий применяет используемую им энергию для покрытия потерь энергии и создания резервных мощностей в своей системе в соответствии с прозрачными, недискриминационными и рыночными процессуальными нормами. Данное требование не вправе ущемлять условия использования электроэнергии, приобретенной по договорам, заключенным до1 января 2006 года.
6. В случае, когда оператор системы распределения электроэнергии несет ответственность за согласование системы распределения, принятые им для этой цели правила обязаны быть объективными, прозрачными и недискриминационными, в том числе правила о компенсации энергетического дисбаланса пользователями системы данных сетей. Для предоставления подобных услуг операторами системы распределения электроэнергии нормы и условия, в том числе правил и тарифов, обязательны к установлению в соответствии со статьей 37 (6) в недискриминационной и отражающей расходы форме и обнародованию.
7. В процессе планирования развития сети распределения электроэнергии решение по применению управленческих мер для повышения энергоэффективности/регулирования спроса и распределение источников генерирования электроэнергии, могущих исключить необходимость модернизации или замены электрических мощностей, принимается оператором системы распределения электроэнергии.

The vertical unit displayed by an altimeter can be feet or metres. There are 3.28 feet in one metre.
Principle of Operation
The altimeter senses the static pressure at the aircraft's location and compares it to the reference pressure surface that you input. Using the ISA model it then displays the vertical distance between the two pressure surfaces.
This principle is shown in Figure 3.4, which shows a person is standing holding an altimeter on top of an apartment block.
At this particular time the pressure surface at the bottom of the building is 977hPa. The person at the top of the apartment block knows this and enters it into the altimeter datum.
The altimeter senses the pressure at the top of the apartment block as 967hPa. The altimeter knows that the pressure difference is lOhPa. Using the ISA calibration for that pressure, it is constructed to increase the indicated height by, in this case 28ft for each lhPa drop as the pressure is 977hPa giving an indicated altitude of 280ft. If the pressure had been 1013hPa, 27ft per hPa would have been used by the altimeter and it would have indicated 270ft.
The altimeter in your aircraft works in same way. You use the appropriate reference pressure depending on whether you want aircraft height above the ground, altitude above mean sea level or pressure altitude above the pressure level 1013hPa. These reference pressure settings will be discussed later. First we will consider the construction of the altimeter and then look at reasons why it will sometimes indicate altitude or height incorrectly.

“Ad Net Revenue” means the total revenue received by RN for In-Game Advertising viewed via the Program or revenue actually received by RN for standard ad units viewed within the Program frame serving the applicable Web Version less a fixed fifteen percent (15%) for sales commissions less any associated ad serving fees.
“Community Platform” means RN’s platform that, when integrated into the Programs, provides community features such as chat, micro-transactions, score tracking and more.
“Confidential Information” means the confidential or proprietary technical or business information of a party, including without limitation: (a) proposals or research related to possible new products or services; (b) financial statements and other financial information; (c) reporting information; (d) the material terms of this Agreement and the relationship between the parties; (e) Launch Dates; and (d) any source code included in the Program Materials or Community Platform SDK; provided, however, that all of the information will be considered confidential only if it is conspicuously designated as “Confidential,” or if provided orally, identified at the time of disclosure as confidential.
“Demo Version(s)” means a version of the Program with a feature set that limits the amount of playtime or number of plays by a User of the Full Version.

Any notices must be given in writing to the other party at the address indicated in this Agreement, and shall be deemed given immediately upon personal delivery, three (3) days after deposit in the United States mail by certified or registered mail, one (1) day after overnight express courier, or upon confirmed transmission by fax. This Agreement constitutes the full and complete understanding of the parties and supersedes all prior understanding and agreements with regard to the Games. Any waiver, modification or amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective only if in writing and signed by the parties. If any provision in this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of this Agreement will have full force and effect and the invalid provision will be modified to effectuate the purpose of this Agreement. The parties’ relationship is that of independent contractors and not that of employer-employee, partner, agent or otherwise, notwithstanding the use of the term “Partner”. Neither party may assign its rights or duties in this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, except that either party may assign such rights or duties without such consent in connection with a merger, sale of all or substantially all of the assets of a party, or any transaction in which more than 50% of such party's voting securities are transferred. All terms and provisions in this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their permitted assigns.
