كنز من العملات الذهبية يعود للخلافة الفاطمية
صرحت هيئة الأثار الإسرائيلية أن العملات لا تحتاج لأى تنظيف قبل عرضها.
عثر بعض الغواصون الإسرائيليون بالصدفة على كنز من العملات الذهبية قبالة السواحل الإسرائيلية على البحر الأبيض المتوسط. وقال خبراء من هيئة الأثار الإسرائيلية ان هذه العملات كانت متدوالة أثناء الخلافة الفاطمية التى حكمت جزءاً كبيراً من منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا بين عامى 909 و 1171.
أوضحت هيئة الأثار الإسرائيلية ان أعضاء فى أحد اندية الغوص وجدوا نحو 2000 قطعة ذهبية يصل عمرها إلى أكثر من 1000 عام فى قاع البحر.
واعتقد الغواصون فى البداية ان العملات مجرد ألعاب، لكن سرعان ما أدركوا أهمية اكتشافهم. وقالت هيئة الأثار الإسرائيلية ان الأكتشاف " قُيم بحيث لا يقدر بثمن "
كان الغواصون يستكشفون ميناءاً قديماً فى مدينة قيسارية عندما عثروا بالصدفة على الذهب. وجمعوا عملات عدة وعادوا بسرعة إلى الشاطئ لإبلاغ مدير النادى.
تقول هيئة الأثار الإسرائيلية ان الكنز لا يقدر بثمن. وأُرسل خبراء من هيئة الأثار للموقع قبل أن يجدوا نحو 2000 عملة ذهبية.
وقال كوبى شارفيت، مدير وحدة علم الأثار البحرية بهيئة الأثار الإسرائيلية، انه سيكون هناك عمليات تنقيب أملآ فى التعرف على أصل الكنز.

A treasure of gold coins dates back to the Fatimid Caliphate
The Israeli Antiquity Authority has stated that the coins do not need any cleaning before being displayed to the public.
Some Israeli divers found accidentally a treasure of gold coins near the Israeli coast on the Mediterranean. Experts from the Israeli Antiquity Authority said that these coins were trading during the Fatimid Caliphate which ruled over a large part of the Middle East and North Africa between 909 and 1171.
Israeli Antiquity Authority clarified that some members in one of the diving clubs had found about 2000 gold coins aged up to more than 1000 year in the bottom of the sea.
The divers firstly thought that the coins were merely toys but soon they realized the importance of their discovery, furthermore, The Antiquity Authority stated that the discovery "was valuated as it is priceless".
The divers were exploring an ancient port in Caesarea city when they accidentally found the gold. And they collected several coins and went back quickly to the shore to tell the club manager. The Israeli Antiquity Authority said that the treasure is priceless. And experts from the antiquity authority were sent to the location before finding about 2000 gold coins.
Cobi Sharveat, the chief of Archeology marine unit in The Israeli Antiquity Authority said that there will be exploration hoping to know the origin of the treasure.

Reading the world in 365 books

I used to think of myself as a fairly cosmopolitan sort of person, but my bookshelves told a different story. Apart from a few Indian novels and the odd Australian and South African book, my literature collection consisted of British and American titles. Worse still, I hardly ever tackled anything in translation. My reading was confined to stories by English-speaking authors.
So, at the start of 2012, I set myself the challenge of trying to read a book from every country (well, all 195 UN-recognised states plus former UN member Taiwan) in a year to find out what I was missing.
With no idea how to go about this beyond a sneaking suspicion that I was unlikely to find publications from nearly 200 nations on the shelves of my local bookshop, I decided to ask the planet’s readers for help. I created a blog called A Year of Reading the World and put out an appeal for suggestions of titles that I could read in English.
The response was amazing. Before I knew it, people all over the planet were getting in touch with ideas and offers of help. Some posted me books from their home countries. Others did hours of research on my behalf. In addition, several writers, like Turkmenistan’s Ak Welsapar and Panama’s Juan David Morgan, sent me unpublished translations of their novels, giving me a rare opportunity to read works otherwise unavailable to the 62% of Brits who only speak English. Even with such an extraordinary team of bibliophiles behind me, however, sourcing books was no easy task. For a start, with translations making up only around 4.5 per cent of literary works published in the UK and Ireland, getting English versions of stories was tricky.

لقد اعتدت النظر لنفسي على أننى شخصاً عالميآ إلى حد ما, ولكن رفوف كتبي كان لها رأياً أخر.
إن مجموعتي الأدبية تحتوى على عناوين بريطانية وأمريكية بالإضافة إلى مجموعة قليلة من الروايات
الهندية وكتاب أسترالي جنوب أفريقي غريب. ومازال الأسوء أننى نادرا ما تناولت في قراءاتي شيئا مترجماً
حيث كانت قراءاتي مقتصرة على قصص لكتاب انجليزيين (مؤلفين من متحدثى الإنجليزية )
لذلك عند بداية عام ألفان وإثنى عشر، وضعت لنفسي تحدياً يتمثل في قراءة كتاب من كل دولة
( من جميع المائة وخمس وتسعون دولة المعترف بهم كأعضاء من الأمم المتحدة بالإضافة إلى تايوان العضو السابق في الأمم المتحدة) فى عام واحد محاولة منى للحاق بما فاتني.
وبدون أي فكرة مسبقة عن كيفية إنجاز هذا الأمر خالجني شعور بالشك بأنني لن أجد أعمالاً منشورة لحوالي ما يقرب من مائتي أمة على أرفف محلات بيع الكتب المحلية, قررت أن أستعين بقراء الكوكب فى المساعدة.
لذا أنشأت مدونة بعنوان " سنة من قراءة العالم " ووضعت طلبآ لمساعدتي باقتراح العناوين التي أستطيع قراءتها باللغة الانجليزية.
الإستجابة كانت مذهلة، وقبل أن أدرك هذا، تواصل الناس من جميع أنحاء الكوكب بالأفكار وعروض المساعدة. البعض نشر لى كتب من ثقافة دول منشأهم. أخرون قضوا ساعات من البحث لأجلى. بالإضافة إلى، بعض الكُتاب، مثل " تركمانستان آك ويلسبار " و الكاتب البنمى " جون دايفيد مورجان "
أرسلوا لى ترجمات غير منشورة للروايات الخاصة بهم، و منحونى فرصة نادرة لقراءة أعمال غير متوفرة إلا عند 62% من البريطانين الذين يتحدثون الانجليزية فقط.
حتى وجود هذا الفريق الإستثنائى لعشاق الكتب يدعمنى، فإن توفير مصادر الكتب لم تكن بالمهمة السهلة.
وللبداية، بالترجمات فإنها تشكل فقط حوالى 4.5 فى المائة من الأعمال الأدبية المنشورة فى الولايات المتحدة وايرلندا، والحصول على النسخة الانجليزية من القصص كان أمرآ معقد.

Preface
We all want to be great presenters, but often for very different reasons. Some seek greatness on the world's political stage, others have more modest ambitions, possibly to be able to speak competently at the next company conference.
Maybe, what most of us want more than anything is to avoid being a bad presenter. That's the category I'm in. For me there are two sides to this: the coach and the performer. Oh yes, I know what makes a great presenter hints and tips to up his or her game, but somehow it's not so easy when you're trying to do it yourself – still, it doesn't stop me trying.
If you've ever had the slightest brush with the fine art of public speaking, some of what you read here will come as no surprise to you. This book looks at conquering nerves, how to use your voice, and good writing and rehearsal technique, to name but a few areas.
However, this is a discipline where "learning by doing". It's one thing sitting and reading about how to control your nerves, another thing entirely attempting to do it in a pressurized situation. So, the key to future success is going to be partly about the study of technique, but also about applying what you've learned in a real situation. The third, and arguably most important, part of developing your speaking skills will be reflection – the chance to look back at your performance. There is an entire section dedicated to collecting both objective and subjective feedback on how you are progressing, to help you plan your future learning.

جميعُنا نريد أن نكون متحدثين جيدين، ويكمن ذلك فى عدة أسباب. البعض يسعى للعظمة فى الساحة السياسية، والبعض لديه طموحات أكثر تواضعآ، ربما ليكون قادر على التحدث بكفأه فى إجتماع الشركة المقبل.
ربما، ما نريده أكثر من أى شئ هو تجنب كوننا متحدثين سيئين. وهذه هى الفئة المتواجد بها أنا. بالنسبة لى فإنه يوجد لذلك طرفان: المدرب والمؤدى. بلى، إنى أدرك ماذا يصنع المتحدث الجيد.

إن بعض النباتات تصطاد الحشرات وغيرها من الكائنات الدقيقة لتكون غذاء لها. وتقوم مثل هذه النباتات بتحليل ضحيتها وهدمها بمجموعة تفرزها من الإنزيمات القوية. ومن أمثلة هذه النباتات نبات يسمى الجَرَّه، حيث يقوم باصطياد فريسته بأوراقه الكبيرة الجميلة عن طريق جذبها إليه بواسطة ما يفرزه من رحيق حلو الرائحة. وتتميز أوراق هذا النبات بوجود حافة خادعة تهوى من فوقها الحشرة لتسقط داخل تجويف ممتلئ بالإفرازات الهاضمة التى تحلل جسم الحشرة بسرعة.

Some plants catch insects and other micro-organisms to be its food. These plants break down its victim and destroy it by some of its secretion of strong enzymes. And for example of these plants "Pitcher plant", which catches its victim with its beautiful and big leaves by attracting it with what it secretes of beautiful smelled nectar. Leaves of these plants are characterized by having catchy borders which insects fall down into its cavity which full of digestive secretions which dissolve the body of insects fast.

الأحتفالات بالسنة القمرية الجديدة فى الصين وآسيا
بدأت الصين والعديد من الدول بالقارة الآسيوية احتفالاتهم بالسنة القمرية الجديدة التى تعرف بـ " عام الخروف "
ويسافر مئات الملايين من الصينيين إلى أماكن نشأتهم فيما يُوصف بأنه أكبر هجرة بشرية سنوية فى العالم للمشاركة فى هذه الأحتفالات.
وقالت وسائل إعلام حكومية فى الصين إن ثلاثة مليارات من رحلات السفر ستتم باستخدام الطائرات والقطارات والسيارات خلال فترة الأعياد التى تمتد على مدار 40 يومآ
وتتزامن مع هذة الفترة عطلات عامة بالكثير من الدول التى يوجد بها مواطنون من العرق الصينى مثل تايوان وسنغافورة وماليزيا.
وعدمت السلطات فى شنغهاى والكثير من المدن الصينية الأخرى إلى تقليل مظاهر الأحتفالات بالسنة القمرية خلال العام الحالى بعدما أدى حادث تدافع خلال فعاليات العام الجديد فى يناير/ كانون الثانى إلى مقتل 36 شخصآ.
وحثت الحكومة الصينية المواطنين على عدم استخدام الألعاب النارية خلال الأحتفالات

The new Lunar year celebration in China and Asia
China and many several countries in the Asian continent have begun their new Lunar year celebration which known as “Sheep’s year”. Hundreds of millions of Chinese citizens return back to their homeland, these travels described as the biggest annual human immigration in the world in order to participate in these celebrations. Some state media in China have stated (announced) that three billion trips will be carried out by planes, trains and cars during the festivities period which extends over forty days. This period coincides with general holidays in many other countries that have citizens of Chinese race like; Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. While the authorities in Shanghai and many other Chinese cities have resorted to reduce Lunar new year festivities due to the pushing accident that occurred during this new year events in January which caused the death of 36 person. The Chinese government urged its citizens not to use fireworks during the celebrations.

Forget buying an electric- powered Tesla, sharing a Zipcar or hiring an Uber – the most disruptive force in getting from A to B on four wheels could be cars that own themselves.
Emancipated automobiles sounds like a crazy concept. But the man advocating the idea goes further: he thinks they'll have babies. Ok, let's briefly shift into reverse and introduce Mike Hearn. The Zurich- based software developer is both an ex-Google engineer and one of the leading Bit coin software developers. The virtual currency plays a key role in his scheme, but we'll get to that in a bit.
For now, the key thing to know is that he's not actively working on his transport-of-the-future concept, but instead offers it up as a "thought experiment" to inspire.
In Mr. Hearn's vision of the future, cars would be programmed to keep their profits slim
