These precautions aim to ensure appropriate preparation for surgery and enhance the safety of the surgical patient in the Operating Theatre by reducing the risk of the patient having incorrect surgery.
The patient will be brought to the Operating Theatre doors by a registered nurse from the ward area. This includes patients who walk to the Operating Theatre. The peri-operative nurse will always use Peri-operative Checklist when admitting a patient to the Operating Theatre. All boxes on this form should be completed according to the legend. If a box is left blank, it will be assumed the question was not asked.
The peri-operative registered nurse who checks the patient into the Operating Theatre will introduce her/himself to the patient. The patient will be asked to state her name, date of birth and the site for, or type of procedure to be performed. If the patient cannot do so, the accompanying ward nurse/midwife will be asked to identify the patient and provide the same information. An interpreter shall be present as required. Any concern regarding patient identification/information should be referred immediately to the nurse-in-charge and the anaesthetist.

Source text - English Later, Huet worked in plein air in Ile Seguin, near Paris, and would eventually travel to Normandy, Aine, Compiègne, Auvergne, Avignon and Aigues-Mortes in the south of France. Influenced by the Dutch Masters and English landscape painters, such as Constable and Parkes Bonnington, Huet would complete numerous studies in watercolor or pastels based on his travels. Beginning in 1838, Huet spent winters in Nice where he would execute several watercolors bathed in light. In 1845-46 he would join Delacroix in the Pyrénées and, in 1849, join the Barbizon painters in Fontainebleau.
Huet debuted at the Salon in 1827 and was awarded a second class medal in 1833, followed by the Legion d'Honneur in 1841 and first class medals in 1848 and 1855. He was a well-known and appreciated artist during his lifetime, forging friendships with some of the most important artists, authors and critics of his time. Huet remained focused on interpreting the variations and moods of nature, such as the contrasts of light and dark that occur in forests and the atmospheric results of storms or floods. In 1863, Huet purchased a chalet in Chaville, near Paris where he lived until his death.

Source text - English Cutting and sewing with XXX:
The structure of XXX makes the product more like a textile material with a lower density rather than traditional leather.
Therefore, as a general rule, textile type sewing techniques, machine settings and tools should be used when starting out any cutting or sewing operation which should then be adapted with manufacturing experience.
The positioning of seams and the construction at material joints, especially at tight radius corners, must be considered prior to any pattern making or decisions about where to position sew lines and joints.
XXX has consistent physical properties and as shown in figure 2 it has different stretch properties dependent on direction.
However when compared to traditional leather, XXX has less stretch both as new and as it ages, as it does not suffer from creep or unsightly bagging in long term use.
Due to my education background in engineering and nearly 10 years
experience in industry fields, I would like to call myself an engineer in
English/Chinese rather than a translator. My key experience are as follows:
-Freelancer in English/Chinese translation/interpretation for 3
years since 2016. 3,000,000 words have been finished by me since then.
-3 years experience as overseas project manager, dealing with
overseas projects issues with translation, documents drafting, and interpreting
-3 years experience in introduction foreign companies to China for
investment. Tremendous work in negotiations, translations and interpretation.
My major in university is transport engineering (Vehicle and
Logistics Engineering), so I was not majored in English. This has benefited me
a lot. Because comparing with most of other translators, I have a better and
more accurate understanding about technical/engineering issued. That means I
will understand things correctly, and then translate them in a proper
way. Give me a trust, and I will not let you down!
