2.2-4 Add a web camera to the client-side：Select add area,will shown as picture 2-2-3, after add area success, then choose the area, then can add the IP camera

1. Dispositivo de Conexão
Conectar o dispositivo IPC como ilustra a figura abaixo.
2.Utilizando o computador para conectar o dispositivo
2-1-1 Utilizar a configuração do equipamento no computador IP, dentro da área de rede local (Local Area Network – LAN). O primeiro passo para configurar o equipamento no computador, identificar e configurar o IP padrão do equipamento.
IP padrão é 192.168.1.X
Para que o computador e o equipamento possam se comunicar, é necessário se assegurar de que o computador e o dispositivo possam se comunicar dentro do local de rede (LAN).
Para isso coloque o IP 192.168.1.X como IP do computador.
2.1-2 Procurar【CD data】>【English】>【set of tools】Upgrade Tool e instalar;
2.1-3 Abrir Upgrade, clicar em “IP search” , se a busca for bem sucedida, o IP do dispositivo será exibido na lista;（Vide figura 2-1-1）

2.1-4 Selecione o IP, e então clique em 【setup device】，então modifique o IP do dispositivo na tela exibida, estabelecendo o IP para o uso do roteador de rede. (Figura 2-1-2)

2.1-6 Abrir IE (Internet Explorer), colocar o IP no campo do endereço de página. (Exibido na figura 2-1-2 sendo o IP 192.168.1.10). Então instale o plug-in na interface de navegação (você também pode instalar diretamente com o CD), coloque no campo.

2.2 Procure e conecte pelas instruções do equipamento CMS.
2.2-1 De acordo com o caminho 【CD DATA】>【English】>【set of tools】localize o software CMS. Clique duas vezes no pacote de instalação, complete a instalação do software. Este ícone irá aparecer em seu computador . Duplo clique para abrir o CMS.
O padrão do nome no login é: super

2.2-3 Gerenciamento de ponto de monitoramento:
Selecionar: Settings > >Management of Monitory Point, irá aparecer como na figura 2-2-2.

2.2-4 Adicione uma câmera para o lado do cliente：
Selecione add area, uma caixa aparecerá (vide figura 2-2-3), depois de add area, então escolha a área, e adicione o IP da câmera.

2-2-4 interface：Pode adicionar um equipamento ao CMS de acordo com seu endereço de IP e domínio, número de série (Serial Number) e endereço MAC.
1.Adicionar dispositivo de acordo com o endereço de IP. Propiciando a procura do dispositivo adicionado (search add) e adicionar o dispositivo de forma manual (manual add).
Clicar em procurar por endereço de IP (search add). Isso fará com que sejam exibidos todos os endereços de IP de câmeras de vídeo online, na área de rede local (LAN). Selecione um endereço de IP e então clique em adicionar dispositivo> confirmar e sucesso (add device>confirm add success)
2. Adicionar dispositivo de forma manual (manual add)，preencher dentro dos campos correspondentes, nome do dispositivo e na coluna de endereço de IP. Clicar em adicionar dispositivo>garantir e sucesso (add device>ensure add success). Fornecer apenas a forma manual de adicionar dispositivo ao cliente.
2.3 Equipamentos de acesso público (cloud)
2.3-1 logar no serviço da núvem (cloud) website :http://xmeye.net, será exibida uma tela. (vide figura 2-3-1 abaixo):

6. LIDE ECONOMIA: Brasil perde posições em ranking de corrupção
Relatório da organização Transparency Internacional (TI) aponta o Brasil na 76ª posição em 2015, em um ranking que analisa o nível de corrupção em 168 países. A Dinamarca aparece em 1º lugar pelo segundo ano consecutivo. A avaliação considera, entre outros itens, o nível de liberdade de imprensa, acesso a informação sobre o orçamento público e sistemas judiciários a partir de sondagens colhidas por diferentes entidades. Dos 168 países analisados, dois terços têm pontuação abaixo de 50, o que mostra que ainda há muita corrupção a nível global. O Brasil foi o país que teve a maior queda, perdendo sete posições em relação ao ano anterior. Com apenas 38 pontos de 100 possíveis, o Brasil ficou abaixo da média. “A corrupção não é nova no país, mas os casos recentes como a Lava-Jato aumentaram a percepção globalmente. A sinalização de responder de modo incisivo e direto ao enorme desafio do controle da corrupção, da eficiência na gestão pública e do desperdício ainda não aconteceu”, avalia PAULO RABELLO DE CASTRO, presidente do LIDE ECONOMIA.
