I was born and raised in Gaza to a father who has lived in the United Stated for 10 years. He has long helped me focus on bettering my language skills. At the age of 14, I was granted the ACCESS micro-scholarship program—which lasted for two years—from the AMIDEAST organization which also focused on teaching English in a variety of creative methods.
Shortly after, I have begun to take interest in reading English novels, which was a huge milestone in my learning journey, and eventually led to translating my first project which was a couple of pages long article. One project led to another and I ended up with a good deal of experience in the field embodied in translating two books from Arabic to English for a local client. The flame of passion for translation was lit again when I found myself with a good amount of free time and itching to start a new translation project. Looking forward to working with you!
