Rodrigo Sughayyer Elias

Translator, interpreter and writer

I am passionate about language and communications.
Raised in a bilingual environment, I studied Translation and Interpreting (Portuguese
– English). Currently, I am studying Japanese and perfecting my Spanish.

My passion is studying the development of languages and I have
almost 10 years’ experience working with translations, transcriptions and
subtitling in several fields, like literature, religion, games & entertainment,
education and learning, politics, business and economics.

I can use several CAT tools with ease, including MemoQ, WordFast and SDL Trados,
as well as most commonly used edition, transcription and subtitling software.

I consider myself especially attentive to detail, and deadlines are sacred to me.
