In 2009 and 2010 I made for 15 months an internship at Ccaps, which is a translation and localization company set in Rio de Janeiro. Before Ccaps I had also worked as an intern in another translation company to give assistance with translation of legal documents, such as contracts and certificates. Over the time I spent in these two companies, I had the chance not only to familiarize myself with translation, but also to learn how to use tools such as Trados and Wordfast. Since I had a very positive and meaningful experience with translations, I would like to work in this field again. Also, after having recently lived in Berlin for almost 2 years, I want to continue being involved with something that could offer me the opportunity to be even more connected with other cultures. I am willing to work on translations from english and/or german into portuguese (my native language). For both foreign languages I have certificates of proficiency and advanced level, such as TOEFL and Zertifikat telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule. Moreover, I have a Bachelor's degree in Communications with specialization in Audiovisual studies. Over my undergraduation years I also did internships as a digital content assistant and web editor at two brazilian TV channels and companies of the music industry. Therefore, I also have experience with marketing, web content (especially for social media), and SEO. I am not only responsible and kind, but also precise, focused and creative - particularly when it comes to translations.
