I am a student at the University of Leeds; I have finished my year abroad study in Russia and will now be going into my third year. My ethnic background is mixed, my mother being born in the Soviet Union and my father in Mexico. I was born in Moscow Russia. I have travelled a lot because I have lived in all three countries: Russia, Mexico and the United Kingdom (since 2007) therefore I am fluent in all three languages. I speak Russian and Spanish fluently and can read and write and understand both languages. Work History.During my year abroad in Moscow(Russia) I did various jobs and activities; I translated a twenty-six-page document from Russian to English for a corporate client. I also taught basic level Spanish to a teacher in the university where I studied and gained experience on how to prepare teaching material and how to do one on one lessons, each lesson was an hour long. Prior to all this even before university, in High school as part of job experience week, I taught in my old Primary school- Middleton Saint. Mary's. I taught basic level Spanish to a class of thirty students under the supervision of their main class teacher, at times I worked as a teaching assistant helping children with their class work or other tasks that they needed to perform and helping them with their homework. At the same time, the teacher would give me other jobs to do such as preparing class teaching material etc.
