3.1 Trừ khi có yêu cầu khác, các từ ngữ viết hoa hoàn toàn xuất hiện trong HỢP ĐỒNG có nghĩa như sau:
(a) Trường hợp các từ ngữ đó được định nghĩa, thì nghĩa của chúng được quy định trong điều khoản liên quan;
(b) Trường hợp các từ ngữ đó không được định nghĩa, điều đó có nghĩa là khoản, phụ lục, hoặc phần nội dung trong HỢP ĐỒNG này có cùng các từ trong tiêu đề, đề mục, tiêu đề phụ hoặc đề mục phụ của nó.
3.2 Bất kỳ đề mục, chỉ số, tiêu đề, tiêu đề phụ hoặc đề mụcnào của HỢP ĐỒNG này đều không hạn chế, thay đổi hoặc ảnh hưởng đến ý nghĩa hoặc hoạt động của HỢP ĐỒNG.
3.3 Trong trường hợp có nội dung không rõ ràng hoặc xung đột giữa bất kỳ tài liệu nào trong HỢP ĐỒNG, sẽ ưu tiên thực hiện theo thứ tự sau đây: Điều khoản và Điều kiện, Phạm vi Công việc, Giá và Mức Giá và Yêu cầu & Thông số kỹ thuật.
3.4 Tất cả thư từ, tài liệu và thảo luận liên quan đến HỢP ĐỒNG phải bằng tiếng Anh.
3.5 Tất cả các hướng dẫn, thông báo, thỏa thuận, ủy quyền, phê duyệt và xác nhận phải bằng văn bản và có thể bằng fax trừ khi có quy định khác.
3.6 Trừ khi Công ty nêu rõ, không có sự xem xét, phê duyệt, thừa nhận hoặc chứng nhận nào của Công ty sẽ làm HỢP ĐỒNG giảm trừ bất kỳ trách nhiệm pháp lý hoặc nghĩa vụ nào theo HỢP ĐỒNG.
3.7 Các từ số ít cũng sẽ bao gồm số nhiều và ngược lại trong bối cảnh yêu cầu.
3.8 Trừ khi có quy định khác, một tham chiếu đến một Điều khoản hoặc tiểu khoản khác sẽ được coi là nằm trong cùng một phần và / hoặc Phụ lục của HỢP ĐỒNG.
3.9 Tất cả các tham chiếu đến các quy định của các Bộ Luật, Quy định hoặc Luật lệ sẽ bao gồm các điều khoản đã được sửa đổi, điều chỉnh hoặc ban hành lại.

3.11 HỢP ĐỒNG này cấu thành toàn bộ thỏa thuận giữa các bên trong Hợp đồng và thay thế tất cả các thỏa thuận hoặc hiểu biết, giải thích hoặc điều kiện trước đó cho dù được diễn đạt rõ ràng hoặc ngụ ý, bằng miệng hoặc bằng văn bản.
3.12 Các Phụ lục và bất kỳ tài liệu nào khác được đề cập trong HỢP ĐỒNG này sẽ được thực hiện, đọc và hiểu là một phần thiết yếu và không thể tách rời của HỢP ĐỒNG.
4. THỜI HẠN HỢP ĐỒNG
Theo điều khoản chấm dứt dưới đây, thời hạn của HỢP ĐỒNG này sẽbắt đầu từ NGÀY HIỆU LỰC và sẽ vẫn còn giá trị trong khoảng thời gian ba(03) tháng.
5. THỰC HIỆN CÔNG VIỆC
5.1 CÔNG VIỆC được thực hiện bởi NHÀ THẦU theo HỢP ĐỒNG này sẽ được quy định trong Phụ lục A - Phạm vi công việc.
5.2 NHÀ THẦU phải tuân thủ tất cả các chỉ thị liên quan đến CÔNG VIỆC do Công ty ban hành, bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn ở bất kỳ THAY ĐỔI nào theo Điều 6 của Thông báo này và (Các) Thông báo được quy định trong Phụ lục A - Phạm vi Công việc.
5.3 NHÀ THẦU đảm bảo rằng mình có kinh nghiệm và năng lực cung cấp CÔNG VIỆC và sẽ thực hiện các CÔNG VIỆC theo cách chuyên nghiệp và có chuyên môn theo HỢP ĐỒNG, và sẽ tiến hành thẩm định cho đến khi tất cả các CÔNG VIỆC được hoàn thành.
6. THAY ĐỔI TRONG CÔNG VIỆC
6.1 Công ty sẽ có quyền bất cứ lúc nào trong thời hạn HỢP ĐỒNG này thực hiện bất kỳ thay đổi nào trong CÔNG VIỆC bằng cách bổ sung, xóa, thay thế, sửa đổi hoặc chỉnh sửa theo đó. CÔNG TY sẽ báo cho NHÀ THẦU về những thay đổi đó bằng cách ban hành các chỉ thị bằng văn bản.
6.2 NHÀ THẦU sẽ không thực hiện bất kỳ thay đổi nào trong CÔNG VIỆC cho đến khi Công ty phê duyệt giá cho thay đổi và bất kỳ điều chỉnh nào trong thời gian thực hiện CÔNG VIỆC bằng cách ban hành LỆNH SỬA ĐỔI/THAY ĐỔI hoặc CÔNG TY đã ủy quyền rõ ràng cho NHÀ THẦU thực hiện thay đổi.
6.3 Một LỆNH SỬA ĐỔI hoặc THAY ĐỔI sẽ không hề ảnh hưởng đến bất kỳ quyền hoặc nghĩa vụ nào khác của các bên trừ khi được quy định rõ ràng trong LỆNH SỬA ĐỔI hoặc THAY ĐỔI.
7. GIÁ HỢP ĐỒNG
7.1 Để đạt được hiệu quả thỏa đáng và hoàn thành CÔNG VIỆC, CÔNG TY sẽ thanh toán hoặc phải trả cho NHÀ THẦU GIÁ HỢP ĐỒNG, tại thời điểm và theo cách thức được quy định trong Điều khoản thanh toán.
7.2 Trừ khi được quy định rõ ràng trong Phụ lục B - Nguyên tắc về giá và mứcgiá, hoặc trong bất kỳ LỆNH SỬA ĐỔI/THAY ĐỔI nào, tất cả các mức giá, tiền và giá đã thỏa thuận trong HỢP ĐỒNG này là cố định và không chịu bất kỳ sửa đổi, leo thang hoặc điều chỉnh biến động tiền tệ nào hoặc theo cách khác trong suốt thời hạn HỢP ĐỒNG.
7.3 Trừ trường hợp được quy định rõ ràng rằng CÔNG TY phải thực hiện nghĩa vụ theo HỢP ĐỒNG với chi phí của mình, tất cả mọi thứ bắt buộc phải được thực hiện bởi NHÀ THẦU theo HỢP ĐỒNG sẽ là do NHÀ THẦU chi trả và được coi là đã bao gồm trong GIÁ HỢP ĐỒNG .
8. ĐIỀU KHOẢN THANH TOÁN
8.1 Đối với mỗi lần luân chuyển /phân công, bảng chấm công dựa trên ngày làm việc sẽ được lập vởi NHÀ THẦU, được gửi đến CÔNG TY để được Công ty ký ngay và gửi đến NHÀ THẦU vào cuối mỗi lần luân chuyển / phân công, để chuẩn bị thanh toán.
8.2 NHÀ THẦU sẽ gửi cho CÔNG TY, vào cuối mỗi lần phân công, bảng chấm công được CÔNG TY phê duyệt.
8.3 CÔNG TY sẽ thanh toán hàng tháng cho NHÀ THẦU vào ngày cuối cùng của tháng cho đến khi hết thời gian hiệu lực Hợp đồng hoặc chấm dứt hợp đồng trước hạn. Nếu ngày thanh toán rơi vào ngày thứ Bảy, Chủ Nhật hoặc ngày nghỉ lễ được công bố, ngày làm việc tiếp theo sẽ được coi là ngày đến hạn thanh toán. Các chứng từ hỗ trợ bao gồm, không giới hạn:
Bảng chấm công được xác nhận và phê duyệt bởi Đại diện của Công ty (bản gốc).
8.4 Là điều kiện tiên quyết để thực hiện bất kỳ khoản thanh toán nào cho NHÀ THẦU, NHÀ THẦU sẽ, theo yêu cầu của Công ty cung cấp các bằng chứng thỏa đáng cho việc thanh toán cho tất cả nhân công, vật liệu, thiết bị và các nghĩa vụ khác phát sinh từ việc thực hiện HỢP ĐỒNG này.
9. THUẾ VÀ NGHĨA VỤ NỘP THUẾ
CÔNG TY sẽ nộp thuế thu nhập cho nhà thầu mỗi tháng theo yêu cầu của pháp luật.
10. BẢO HIỂM
Không ảnh hưởng đến Điều khoản Trách Nhiệm và Điều khoản Giới Hạn Trách Nhiệm, Nhà thầu bằng chi phí của mình, sẽ mua và duy trì chính sách bảo hiểm thỏa đáng và chấp nhận được liên quan đến thực hiệnCÔNG VIỆC. Chính sách Bảo hiểm này sẽ được mua và duy trì đầy đủ hiệu lực trong suốt thời hạn của HỢP ĐỒNG này và bất kỳ gia hạn và thay đổi nào của hợp đồng này.
11. TRÁCH NHIỆM VÀ BỒI THƯỜNG
11.1 (a) NHÀ THẦU
NHÀ THẦU phải chịu trách nhiệm và sẽ bảo vệ, bồi thường và giữ Công ty không bị ảnh hưởng bởi bất kỳ và tất cả các khiếu nại, trách nhiệm, chi phí, thiệt hại thuộc mọi loại và bản chất, liên quan đến việc bị thương hoặc tử vong hoặc thiệt hại hoặc mất mát tài sản của NHÀ THẦU, phát sinh trong và / hoặc là kết quả của việc thực hiện HỢP ĐỒNG này.
11.2 (b) CÔNG TY
CÔNG TY phải chịu trách nhiệm và sẽ bảo vệ, bồi thường và giữ Công ty không bị ảnh hưởng bởi bất kỳ và tất cả các khiếu nại, trách nhiệm, chi phí, thiệt hại thuộc mọi loại và bản chất, liên quan đến việc bị thương hoặc tử vong hoặc thiệt hại hoặc mất mát tài sản của CÔNG TY, phát sinh trong và / hoặc là kết quả của việc thực hiện HỢP ĐỒNG này.
11.3 Bên thứ ba
Trừ khi được quy định rõ ràng trong HỢP ĐỒNG này, mỗi Bên phải tự chịu trách nhiệm của mình (bao gồm cả các NHÀ THẦU PHỤ và / hoặc các đại lý và / hoặc nhân viên) về thiệt hại của bên thứ ba và giữ cho Bên kia không bị ảnh hưởng bởi bất kỳ nghĩa vụ nào như vậy.
12. NGHĨA VỤ CỦA NHÀ THẤU

12.2 Nhà thầu phải thực hiện các CÔNG VIỆC tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định của HỢP ĐỒNG này bao gồm tất cả các PHỤ LỤC kèm theo và tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các chỉ thị và chỉ dẫn của CÔNG TY về bất kỳ vấn đề nào liên quan đến CÔNG VIỆC.
12.3 Nhà thầu phải thực hiện tất cả các nghĩa vụ của mình theo HỢP ĐỒNG và thực hiện các CÔNG VIỆC với tất cả sự cẩn thận và siêng năng và với kỹ năng được mong đợi của một nhà thầu có uy tín kinh nghiệm trong các loại công việc được thực hiện theo HỢP ĐỒNG.
12.4 NHÀ THẦU phải hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm về tính đầy đủ, ổn định và an toàn của tất cả các hoạt động và phương pháp cần thiết để thực hiện CÔNG VIỆC và tuân theo Điều khoản được đề làSỨC KHỎE, AN TOÀN VÀ MÔI TRƯỜNG trong HỢP ĐỒNG này.
12.5 NHÀ THẦU phải cung cấp thiết bị, vật liệu để thực hiện các CÔNG VIỆC như được quy định trong các PHỤ LỤC kèm theo của Hợp đồng này này.
12.6 Nhà thầu sẽ bắt đầu các CÔNG VIỆC theo chỉ thị của CÔNG TY.
12.7 Nhà thầu phải tuân thủ tất cả các kế hoạch, chương trình, thông số kỹ thuật, lịch trình và các chỉ thị do Công ty cung cấp hoặc đề ra để thực hiện các CÔNG VIỆC.
12.8 Trong quá trình tiến hành các CÔNG VIỆC được thực hiện theo Hợp đồng này, NHÀ THẦU phải đảm bảo duy trì khu vực công việc được chỉ định sạch sẽ và có trật tự mọi lúc và thải bỏ rác và phế liệu theo hướng dẫn của CÔNG TY.
12.9 Bất kỳ lúc nào, NHÀ THẦU sẽ phải trả lời kịp thời và sẽ cung cấp chính xác thông tin CÔNG TY về các CÔNG VIỆC theo yêu cầu.
12.10 Trước khi bắt đầu bất kỳ hoạt động công việc nguy hiểm nào, NHÀ THẦU phải kiểm tra NƠI LÀM VIỆC và thiết bị làm việc để đảm bảo rằng CÔNG VIỆC sẽ được thực hiện trong điều kiện an toàn được chấp nhận đối với CÔNG TY. Nhà thầu phải xác minh rằng mình đã có "Giấy phép làm việc" hoặc "Giấy chứng nhận" trước khi bắt đầu bất kỳ công việc nguy hiểm nào.
12.11 HỢP ĐỒNG sẽ không tính chi phí cho CÔNG TY đối với trách nhiệm về phúc lợi y tế và sẽ chăm sóc khám sức khỏe định kỳ, sắp xếp đi khám bệnh, điều trị hoặc nhập viện nếu và khi cần thiết và sẽ bố trí bảo hiểm thích hợp cho các trường hợp đó. Trong trường hợp khẩn cấp, Công ty có thể thực hiện hoặc cung cấp, các thỏa thuận khẩn cấp cần thiết, chi phí sẽ được Nhà thầu trả lại cho Công ty.
12.12 Ngoài tất cả các yêu cầu pháp lý và cụ thể được nêu ở đây, NHÀ THẦU phải tuân thủ, chấp hành và thực thi với chi phí của riêng mình tất cả các quy tắc, quy định và tiêu chuẩn về an toàn, phòng cháy và các quy định an ninh theo quy định của Công ty trong sổ tay an toàn, chính sách an toàn và hướng dẫn đặc biệt của CÔNG TY.
12.13 NHÀ THẦU phải đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy tắc, quy định, thực tiễn và yêu cầu của CÔNG TY trong lĩnh vực hoạt động của CÔNG TY. Điều này sẽ không làm giảm các nghĩa vụ của NHÀ THẦU theo quy định Hợp đồng này nói chung và ĐIỀU KHOẢN này nói riêng.
Translation - English 3. INTERPRETATION OF CONTRACT
3.1 Unless the context otherwise requires, the words appearing in the CONTRACT in full capitals means the following:
(a) Where such words are defined, the meaning prescribed to it in the relevant clause;
(b) Where such words are not defined, it means the clause, appendix, or section in this CONTRACT bearing the same words in its title, heading, sub-title or sub-heading.
3.2 No heading, index, title, sub-title or sub-heading of the CONTRACT shall limit, alter or affect the meaning or operation of the CONTRACT.
3.3 In the event of ambiguity or conflict between any of the documents in the CONTRACT, they shall be given precedence in the following order: Terms and Conditions, Scope of Work, Prices and Rates and Requirements & Specifications.
3.4 All correspondence, documentation and discussion with respect to the CONTRACT shall be in the English language.
3.5 All instructions, notifications, agreements, authorizations, approvals and acknowledgements shall be in writing and may be by facsimile unless specified otherwise.
3.6 Unless expressly set out by the COMPANY, no review, approval, acknowledgment or certificate given by the COMPANY shall relieve the CONTRACTOR from any liability or obligation under the CONTRACT.
3.7 Words importing the singular only shall also include the plural and vice versa where the context so requires.
3.8 Unless otherwise specified, a reference to another Clause or sub-clause shall be deemed to be within the same part and/or Annex of the CONTRACT.
3.9 All reference to provisions of Acts, Regulations or By-Laws includes such provision as amended, modified or re-enacted.
3.10 For the purpose of calculating any period of time stipulated or when an act is required to be done within a specified period after or from a specified date, the period begins immediately after that date.
3.11 This CONTRACT constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, clarifications or conditions, express or implied, oral or written.
3.12 The Annexes and any other documents referred to in this CONTRACT shall be taken, read and construed as an essential and integral part of the CONTRACT.
4. DURATION OF CONTRACT
Subject to the termination provision hereunder, the duration of this CONTRACT shall commence from the EFFECTIVE DATE and shall remain valid for a period of three (03) months.
5. PERFORMANCE OF THE WORKS
5.1 The WORKS to be performed by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this CONTRACT shall be as set forth in Annex A - Scope of Work.
5.2 The CONTRACTOR shall comply with all instructions with regards to the WORKS that are issued by the COMPANY, including but not limited to any VARIATION as per Clause 6 hereof and Notification(s) as specified in Annex A - Scope of Work.
5.3 The CONTRACTOR warrants that it has the experience and capability of providing the WORKS and shall perform the WORKS in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the CONTRACT, and shall proceed with due diligence until all WORKS is completed.
6. CHANGES IN THE WORKS
6.1 The COMPANY shall have the right at any time within the duration of the CONTRACT to make any changes in the WORKS by additions, deletions, substitutions, modifications or revisions thereto. The COMPANY shall advise the CONTRACTOR of such changes by issuing written instructions.
6.2 The CONTRACTOR shall not perform any changes in the WORKS until the COMPANY has approved the pricing for the change and any adjustment in the time for the performance of the WORKS by issuing a VARIATION/CHANGE ORDER or the COMPANY has expressly authorized the CONTRACTOR to perform the change.
6.3 A VARIATION or CHANGE ORDER shall in no way affect any other rights or obligations of the parties except as expressly provided for in that VARIATION/CHANGE ORDER. CONTRACT PRICE
7.1 For the satisfactory performance and completion of the WORKS, the COMPANY shall pay or cause to be paid to the CONTRACTOR the CONTRACT PRICE, at the times and in the manner specified in Payment Terms Clause.
7.2 Unless expressly otherwise provided for in Annex B — Prices and Rates Principle, or in any VARIATION/CHANGE ORDER, all rates, sums and prices once agreed in this CONTRACT are fixed and not subject to any revision, escalation, or adjustment whether due to currency fluctuations or otherwise throughout the duration of CONTRACT.
7.3 Except where it is expressly provided that the COMPANY shall carry out an obligation under the CONTRACT at its own cost, all things required to be performed by the CONTRACTOR under the CONTRACT shall be at the CONTRACTOR's cost and deemed to be included in the CONTRACT PRICE.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
8.1 For each rotation/assignment, the timesheet based on the working dates will be prepared by the CONTRACTOR, submitted to COMPANY for promptly signed by COMPANY and sent to CONTRACTOR by the end of each rotation/assignment, in order to prepare payment.
8.2 The CONTRACTOR shall submit to the COMPANY, at the end of each assignment, timesheet approved by COMPANY.
8.3 COMPANY will pay Monthly for CONTRACTOR on the last day of Month until end of time Contract Valid or pre-mature Contract Termination. If the 1 payment day fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a gazetted public holiday, the next working day shall be deemed to be the due day for payment. The supporting documents inclusive, without limitation:
Time Sheet verified and approved by COMPANY's Representative (original).
8.4 As a condition precedent to making any payments to CONTRACTOR, CONTRACTOR shall, if requested by COMPANY provide satisfactory evidence that the payment for all labour, materials, equipment and other obligations arising out of the performance of this CONTRACT have been fully specified and discharged.
9. TAXES AND DUTIES
COMPANY shall pay the Income Tax for Contractor every month as required by Law.
10. INSURANCE
Without prejudice to Liability Clause and Limitation of Liability Clause, the CONTRACTOR shall, at its own cost, obtain and maintain or cause to be obtained and maintained policies of satisfactory and acceptable insurance in connection with the performance of the WORKS. Such insurance shall be obtained and maintained in full force and effect throughout the term of this CONTRACT and any extensions and changes thereof.
11. LIABILITIES AND INDEMNITIES
11.1 (a) CONTRACTOR
CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for and shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless COMPANY, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses of every kind and nature, with respect to injury or death of or damage to or loss of property of CONTRACTOR, arising during and/or as a result of the performance of this CONTRACT.
11.2 (b) COMPANY
COMPANY shall be responsible for and shall protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless CONTRACTOR, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses of every kind and nature, with respect to injury or death of or damage to or loss of property of COMPANY, arising during and/or as a result of the performance of this CONTRACT.
11.3 Third Party
Unless otherwise expressly provided for in this CONTRACT, each Party shall be solely responsible for its own liability (including that of its Subcontractors and/or agents and/or employees) in respect of third party damages and shall hold the other Party harmless from and against any such liability.
12. CONTRACTOR'S OBLIGATION
12.1 COMPANY shall, without prejudice to its rights under the ARTICLE headed PROVISION FOR TERMINATION, have the right to monitor and review, from time to time, the CONTRACTOR's performance of the WORKS under this CONTRACT and CONTRACTOR's compliance with its obligations hereunder.
12.2 CONTRACTOR shall perform the WORKS in strict compliance with the provisions of this CONTRACT including all ANNEXES attached hereto and shall comply with and adhere strictly to COMPANY's instructions and directions on any matter concerning the WORKS.
12.3 CONTRACTOR shall carry out all of its obligations under the CONTRACT and shall execute the WORKS with all due care and diligence and with the skill to be expected of a reputable contractor experienced in the types of work to be carried out under the CONTRACT.
12.4 CONTRACTOR shall take full responsibility for the adequacy, stability and safety of all operations and methods necessary for the performance of the WORKS and shall comply with the Article named HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT in this CONTRACT.
12.5 CONTRACTOR shall furnish the equipment, materials to perform the WORKS as specified in the ANNEXES attached hereto.
12.6 CONTRACTOR shall commence the WORKS as instructed by COMPANY.
12.7 CONTRACTOR shall observe all plans, programs, specifications, schedules, and instructions provided or made by COMPANY for carrying out the WORKS.
12.8 During the progress of the WORKS performed hereunder, CONTRACTOR shall ensure to keep the designated area of the Work Site(s) clean and orderly at all times and shall dispose of trash and spoil as instructed by COMPANY.
12.9 At all times, CONTRACTOR shall respond promptly and shall accurately furnish to COMPANY information about the WORKS as requested.
12.10 Before commencing any hazardous work operations, CONTRACTOR shall inspect the Work Site and equipment involved to ensure that the WORKS will be performed under safe conditions acceptable to COMPANY. CONTRACTOR shall verify that "Work Permits" or "Certificates" are obtained prior to initiating any hazardous work.
12.11 CONTRACTOR shall at no cost to COMPANY be responsible for the medical welfare and shall take care of periodical medical examinations, arrangements for medical attendance, treatment or hospitalisation if and when necessary and will arrange suitable insurance coverage for such contingencies. In cases of emergency, COMPANY may make or provide for, the necessary emergency arrangements, the costs of which shall be reimbursed to COMPANY by CONTRACTOR.
12.12 In addition to all legal and specific requirements stated herein, CONTRACTOR shall comply with, abide by and enforce at its sole expense any rules, regulations and standards on safety, fire protection and security regulations as set forth by COMPANY in its safety manuals, policies and special instructions.
12.13 CONTRACTOR shall ensure to comply with COMPANY's rules, regulations, practices and requirements in the area of COMPANY's operations. This shall not relieve CONTRACTOR of its obligations as stipulated herein and in particular this ARTICLE.

3.1 Overview
3.1.1 For kapsun bulb generator, the genset’s shaft is placed in a floating balance, the whole genset is under water.
3.1.2 The main generator consists of a stator, rotor, bulb head, compound bearingcirculation cover, etc., in combination with a turbine forming an completed anti-water body. The maximum outer diameter is φ 5.860mm, the total length of the generator is 6.730mm, total weight about 250 tons
3.1.3 In the upstream generator of the turbine, bulbhead is connected to the stator, stator connected to the turbine ring which will serve as the main support for the stator and bulb head of the generator. In order to increase the hardness of the genset, and to prevent from shaking, two poles supporting turbin are assembled on the bulb head.
3.1.4 Because the generator operated under water, it is equipped with built-in waterproofing fitting. An entrance door is assembled on the bulb head, so the operators are able to enter the generator compartment to carry out repairs to the generator. In the entrance and the generator compartment are installed lights and emergency lights.
3.1.5. The cooling air of the generator uses the conventional compressed-air cooling system of the fan mounted additionally on the outside. Preventive measures against condensation are anti-condensation paint in the bulb head, and at the same time a dryer and dehumidifier are built-in the generator. An approciate drainage method should be selected.

3.1.6 The main conductor from the turbin to the entrance, the conductor from the bulb head leading to the entrance.
3.1.7 The generator is composed of the following components: Stator, rotor, bulb head, compound bearing, circulation cover, cooling ventilator, auxiliary connector, bearing lubricant pipe,water supply technical equipment, brake pipes, fire hydrants, etc.
3.2 Stator assembly
Stator is composed of main components such as:base, steel coil, winding, etc. The outerdimension is φ5,860x3120mm, theweightis about 86.5 tons.
Stator base uses the welded steel plate structure interconnected, divided into two sides, two ends with flange welding. In the middle of the flange downstream with the turbine ring, it is used 72 M48 double-end thread stud bolts, in the middle of the upstream flange with the bulb head using 72 double-end thread stud bolts. In order to ensure the base cover is not leakage, the two ends of the flanges of the machine base are fitted with two-way flanges. In order to increase the heat dissipation of the generator, the stator core uses a sticky structure, so that the steel core, when in a hot state, binds well to the rim of the base.
Stator core uses 50W270 silicon steel plate, with 1,340mm longsteel core. conventionalU 324, in the middle of the steel core with axial vent holes, magnetic coil is composed of flat pentagonal bushbar, 21 rings, insulating in the ring, self-insulating pole, upper and lower support plates with heat compression forming the completed body with the copper bushbar.
The coil connection uses a silver alloy for welding, the coil head uses a fixed belt, to prevent the generator from deforming and damaging it when the most severe short circuit occurs. To reducedamages by eddy current at the head, steel core and winding belt use non-magnetic materials.
Both the main and neutral conductors lead downstream of the stator. Neutral conductors through sensor uses a short-currentcopper busbar, the main conductor uses cross-linking cables, 3x300mm2 for each phase, goes out through the entrance of turbine.

3.1Khái quát tổng thể

3.1.2Máy phát chính bao gồm : stator, rotor, đầu bóng, ổ trục tổ hợp, tấm nắp lưu đạo.v.v...kết hợp với tuabin tạo thành một thể chống nước chỉnh thể. Đường kính ngoài lớn nhất là φ5,860mm, tổng chiều dài của máy phát là : 6,730mm, tổng trọng lượng khoảng 250t.
3.1.3 Máy phát ở phía thượng lưu của tuabin, đầu bóng liên kết với stator, stator liên kiết với vành đỡ tuabin, vành đỡ của tuabin sẽ làm nhiệm vụ chống đỡ chính cho stator và đầu bóng của máy phát. Để tăng thêm độ cứng cho tổ máy, chống sự chấn động, trên đầu bóng có lắp 2 cái cột chống phụ trợ tuabin.
3.1.4 Do máy phát làm việc dưới nước, vì vậy có lắp kết cấu chèn chắn nước. Để cho công nhân vận hành có thể đi vào trong khoang máy phát để tiến hành sửa chữa bảo dưỡng đối với máy phát, trên đầu bóng có lắp cửa người vào. Trong cửa người vào và khoang máy phát có lắp đèn chiếu sáng và đèn báo khẩn cấp.
3.1.5 Thông gió làm mát của máy phát sử dụng phương thức làm mát khí nén thông thường hướng trục của máy quạt lắp thêm ở bên ngoài. Biện pháp ngăn chặn sự ngưng tự là sơn chống ngưng tụ trong đầu bóng, đồng thời lắp đặt bộ sấy và máy hút ẩm bên trong máy phát. Lựa chọn phương pháp thoát nước cần thiết.
3.1.6 Dây dẫn ra chính từ tuabi dẫn ra cửa người vào, dây dẫn kích từ từ đầu bóng dẫn ra cửa người vào
3.1.7 Máy phát được cấu tao bởi các bộ phận chính sau : Stator, rotor, đầu bóng, ổ trục tổ hợp, tấm nắp lưu đạo, thiết bị làm mát thông gió, đấu nối phụ, đường ống dầu bôi trơn ổ trục, thiết bị cấp nước kỹ thuật, đường ống phanh, ống nước cứu hỏa.v.v...
3.2 Lắp ráp stator
Stator được cấu tạo bởi các bộ phận chính như : bệ máy, lõi thép, cuộn dây.v.v....Kích thước ngoài là φ5,860x3120mm, trong lượng khoảng 86.5t.
Bệ máy stator sử dụng kết cấu thép tấm hàn nối lai với nhau, phân ra hai cánh, hai đầu có hàn mặt bích. Ở giữa mặt bích ở phía hạ lưu với vành đỡ tuabin sử dụng 72 bulong răng kép hai đầu M48, ở giữa mặt bích ở phía thượng lưu với đầu bóng đèn sử dụng 72 bulong răng kép nối hai đầu. Để bảo đảm cho thân vỏ của bệ máy không bị rò rỉ, trên hai đầu của các mặt bích của bệ máy có lắp vòng bích chèn 2 đường. Để gia tăng khả năng tản nhiệt của máy phát, lõi stator sử dụng kết cấu dính, để cho lõi thép khi ở trạng thái nóng giản nở thì dính tốt với vành của bệ máy.
Lõi stator sử dụng thép tấm silicon loại 50W270, lõi thép dài 1,340mm. U 324 thông thường, trên giữa răng lõi thép có lỗ thông gió hướng trục, cuộn dây cực từ được cấu tạo bởi thanh cái động hình ngũ giác phẳng, 21 vòng, cách điện trong vòng, cách điện bản thân cực, tấm chống đỡ trên dưới cùng nén nhiệt hình thành chỉnh thể với thanh cái đồng.
Kết nối cuộn dây sử dụng hợp kim bạc hàn nối, phần đầu cuộn dây sử dụng đai để cố định, để tránh cho máy phát khỏi bị biến dạng và chấn động có hại khi phát sinh ngắn mạch nghiêm trọng nhất. Để giảm đi sự tổn hại dòng điện xoáy ở phần đầu, lõi thép và đai cuộn dây sử dụng vật liệu phi từ tính.
Dây dẫn chính và dây dẫn trung tính đều dẫn ra phía hạ lưu stator. Dây dẫn trung tính thông qua cảm biến dùng ngắn mạch thanh cái đồng, dây dẫn chính sử dụng cáp lực nối chéo, mỗi pha 3x300mm2, thông qua cửa người vào của tuabin dẫn ra ngoài.
