I was born and raised in Fortaleza, Brazil, where I learned of my love for language from a young age. I began to learn English and Spanish from a young age and grew a particular affection for English, which encouraged me to move to Dublin, Ireland, over 2 years ago.
During my time In Dublin I worked as a receptionist in a hotel located near Dublin City centre where I learned more about the hospitality and tourism industries. I have also worked for a facility services company which provided facility management to part of University College, Dublin.
When I lived in Brazil I gain experience in customer service when I worked as a call centre agent for a mobile phone and broadband network provider, a portable events facility manager and an interior designer, for which I am qualified and graduated from Centro Universitário Estácio do Ceará in 2015. As you can tell from my job history I have a broad area of knowledge which I am always seeking to expand as I am a keen learner motivated by success.
Recently I have moved to Belfast and am hoping to return to study at university again and eventually work as a flight attendant.
I hope to hear from you soon and please contact me if you have any questions.
