customer queries relating to their insurance policies. Giving Quotes and
setting up Claims. Auditing cases, training new joiners and updating training
modules of quotes and claims.)

And From 19^th
September 2011 until 23 July 2015 worked for AXA UK
Insurance Process (Back-office). Apart from processing, training and auditing, I
also did work allocation for this process.
