أ- مباشرة القضايا:
تتولى المجموعة عن عملائها مباشرة مختلف القضايا و الدعاوى التالية:
الدعاوى المدنية, الدعاوى الجنائية, الدعاوى التجارية, الدعاوى المصرفية, الدعاوى المالية, الدعاوى الإدارية, الدعاوى الشرعية, الدعاوى العمالية, دعاوى الأحوال الشخصية.
ماهي مباشرة القضايا؟
هي: تمثيل الغير و الترافع نيابة عنه في كافة مراحل القضية بدءا من مرحلة الاستدلال مرورا بمراحل التحقيق ووصولا إلى مرحلة المرافعة لدى المحاكم على اختالف مستوياتها أو اللجان القضائية وجهات التحكيم الداخلية والدولية بكافة درجاتها واختصاصاتها, وانتهاءا بمرحلة التنفيذ سواءا كان عينيا أم جبريا لكل قضية على حسب طبيعتها القانونية و الشرعية.
ب- تنفيذ الأحكام و تحصيل الديون:
القيام بالإجراءات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام المحاكم الصادرة من الجهات القضائية داخل المملكة و الأحكام الأجنبية وأحكام النحكيم الداخلية و الأجنبية و استيفاء الحقوق بالتراضي أو بالتقاضي سواء كانت هذه الإجراءات داخل أو خارج المملكة وسواء اقتضى الأمر الحجز على ممتلكات المنفذ ضده أو اتخاذ التدابير الوقائية ضده ومنعه من السفر.
تحصيل ديون العملاء لدى الغير داخل وخارج المملكة رضاء أو قضاء, و في المقابل ضمان حقوق العملاء القانونية في حالة سدادهم الديون للغير.
ج- تصفية التركات:
تتولى المجموعة عملية تصفية المواريث عن طريق فرق العمل المتخصصة التي يشرف على أعمالها مجموعة من المحامين المهرة لتقييم عناصر التركات وتصفيتها وتنفيذ وصايا المورثين وشروط الواقفين وسداد مديونيات التركات وتحصيل حقوقها و قسمة أعيان التركة بين المستحقين بالغين كانو أم قصر رجالا ونساءا و سواء كان ذلك رضاءا أم قضاءا, ونقل ملكية الأنصبة المفرزة للمستحقين وسواء كان ذلك داخل المملكة أو خارجها.

6- Lawsuits services
A- Handling lawsuits
On behalf of its clients the group handles deferent lawsuits as the following:
Civil cases, criminal cases, commercial cases, banking cases, financial cases, administrative cases, Shariah cases, labor cases, and personal status lawsuits.
What is undertaking lawsuits?
It includes representation and defending on behalf of the client at all stages of the case starting from the evidence gathering stage through the investigation process till pleading before the courts of every instance as well as before tribunals and domestic and foreign arbitration tribunals at all instances and jurisdictions until the execution “corporeal or forced” process for each case subject to its legal and Shariah position.
B-Sentence execution and collection of debts:
Undertake the necessary measures towards execution of sentences issued by judicial bodies inside and outside the Kingdom, domestic and foreign arbitration awards, recovery of rights either by amicable or judicial way, whether such measures are inside or outside the Kingdom and whether it requires seizure of the obligor properties or proceed with the preventive measure to prevent him from traveling.
Collect the debts of the clients inside and outside of the Kingdom ether by amicable or judicial way, in the other hand insuring our client’s rights in case that they are the ones who is paying debts to others.
C- Settlement of successions
The group undertakes the inheritances by means of specialized teams supervised by a group of skilled lawyers the process of evaluation of the bequest elements and settlement thereof, implement the testaments of legatos, meet conditions of endowers, settle debts on successions and collect its rights and distribute the estates among the beneficiaries being either adults, under age, males and females whether by amicable or judicial way and transfer of the sorted out shares either inside or outside of the kingdom.
