My name is Milena Ostojic and I am from Montenegro. I have been working as a senior advisor and a translator in a public institution since 2013. However, I have been translating since my undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Philology, the University of Belgrade (since 2004) and I have recently become a court translator/interpreter for English. I have been working as an English teacher, too. I have been providing individual and group classes to learners of all ages. My so-far work experience significantly upgraded my communication and organisational skills and I finish all tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Translation is a process which includes a lot of research on the given topic and in that way the knowledge of a translator can be broadened as well. That is how I provide high-quality translations to the clients.
I have a BA degree in English language and literature (earned at the Faculty of Philology, the University of Belgrade) and a MA degree in European Politics (earned at the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom). I was awarded Chevening scholarship by the UK Government for postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom (generation 2016/2017).
I love taking initiative. I am completely devoted to every task I perform but I also pay attention to time-efficiency. I always aim at delivering high quality results no matter how simple or complex the task it.
