Source text - English This exercise will allow you to work on the power of the break. Do not skip this exercise. It is with the training that we progress!
You need: - A camera that allows you to record - on your phone, your computer, your camera or your Go Pro. - A quiet place
Theme: Think about a story, personal or professional, that has emotion (fear, joy, sadness, etc.). This theme should allow you to use the break: -After talking about an important point. -To create suspense before revealing a key element of your story
Duration: 2 minutes will be enough to evaluate your vocal variety. However if you are very inspired you can extend the duration of your video.
Before you begin: Do not forget to be in a good state of mind before turning, think about your audience and visualize a person. The vocal variety appears when we focus on the meaning of our words. So stay focused on what you're saying and try to test the limits of your vocal variety. But above all, exercise the power of the break.
