Source text - English A heart attack occurs when a blood clot restricts or cuts off oxygenated blood to a portion of the heart’s muscle. Unless blood starts flowing again quickly to that area, the heart muscle begins to die. Most heart attacks are caused by a buildup of plaque inside the coronary arteries. Plaque build-up can rupture an artery and allow a blood clot to form. If the blood clot is large enough, it can block blood flow to the heart.
Heart muscle damage can be limited with immediate emergency treatment. Untreated heart damage can cause ongoing health problems. If heart attack symptoms last longer than 30 minutes or after taking prescribed nitroglycerin, call 9-1-1 immediately. Do not drive to the hospital. Wait for emergency help to arrive.
Signs and Symptoms:
Conditions develop gradually that can lead to a heart attack, and those conditions may show no symptoms. That’s why regular checkups are important. Heart attack signs and symptoms vary and do not always occur as chest-crushing pressure. Symptoms that last more than 30 minutes can signal a heart attack is occurring, including:
• Pain in the chest or upper body. The pain may be deep, aching, gnawing, and/or throbbing, and may last for hours or days in the center or left side of the chest. It may also occur in the jaw, neck, arms or upper part of the stomach. The pain is generally not affected by movement, although certain positions may be more comfortable than others.
• Shortness of breath.
• Pain in the left shoulder or between the shoulder blades.
• A cold sweat.
• Fatigue.
• Dizziness or lightheadedness.
• Nausea and vomiting.
Recovery After Surgery:
Depending on how your body heals, you will be in the hospital for a day after your percutaneous coronary intervention and recover well within a week. After coronary artery bypass grafting, you will spend one to two days in an intensive care unit, and another three to five days in another unit before you can go home. Full recovery may take 6-12 weeks. Your physician will tell you when you may be physically active again, including going back to work or resuming sexual activity. After pacemaker implantation, you may spend one night in the hospital before going home. Full recovery may take up to four weeks. Your physician will tell you when you may be physically active again and about what activities to avoid during recuperation.

Speed-Rail® Maintenance Manual
All aluminum components of this handrail system have an anodized finish that is exceptionally resistant to:
corrosion, discoloration, and wear. Periodic maintenance is necessary only to prevent the long-term accumulation of soil, which, under certain conditions, can accelerate the weathering of the finish.
The geographic area and environmental conditions will determine the frequency and method of cleaning.
Several progressively stronger cleaning procedures may be used depending on the severity and tenacity of the soil. Trial and error testing, beginning with the simplest procedure, will determine which will be the most effective.
Cleaning Procedures:
1. For light or loose soil flush surface with water using moderate pressure.
2. For moderate soil wash with a mild soap or detergent, that can be applied with bare hands, on a soft cloth or sponge then rinse with clean water.
3. To remove oil, grease, wax, or polishes use a solvent such as lacquer thinner applied with a soft cloth. The surface can then air dry.
4. Heavy soil can be removed with an abrasive-cleaning pad soaked with clean water or detergent.
Scrub in the direction of the metal grain (along the length of pipe). Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove residue from pad or cleaner. Care must be taken to ensure that metal seams and crevices that may trap dirt, cleaner, or other material are rinsed clean.
Cleaning Precautions:
1. Never use chlorine bleach, trisodium phosphate, highly alkaline, or highly acid cleaners.
2. Etching cleaners should never be used on anodized aluminum.

The heads of two major central banks have written a stark warning about the financial risks of climate change.
Bank of England governor Mark Carney and France's François Villeroy de Galhau set out the dangers to the global economy in an open letter.
"If some companies and industries fail to adjust to this new world, they will fail to exist," they wrote.
The letter was co-signed by the chair of the climate-focused Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS).
The NGFS is a coalition of 34 central banks which was formed in 2017, with the Bank of England as a founding member. It released its first major report into climate-related financial risks on 17 April.
What does the climate have to do with finance?
In the letter published by the Bank of England on Wednesday, Mr. Carney and Mr. Villeroy de Galhau describe "the catastrophic effects of climate change" already having an impact on the planet, such as "blistering heat waves in North America to typhoons in south-east Asia and droughts in Africa and Australia".
They say that "these events damage infrastructure and private property, negatively affect health, decrease productivity and destroy wealth".
The NGFS elaborates in its "call to action" report, saying that climate change will lead to "disruptive events such as mass migration, political instability, and conflict".
This is why world leaders signed the Paris climate agreement in 2015 and committed to reducing their respective countries' carbon emissions, the letter continues, in order to limit the global temperature, rise to well below 2 degrees Celsius.
"But this transition brings its own risks," they add.
