I learned Czech as part of doctoral research into contemporary Czech physical and dance theatre at Goldsmiths, University of London. I currently specialise in the fields of theatre and performance, including the translation of plays, arts and culture and architecture. My projects range from translating surtitles for contemporary Czech plays to press releases, conference papers and magazines. My current clients include: Arts & Theatre Institute, SE.S.TA Centre for Choreographic Development, KoresponDance Festival and INTRO magazine. I hold dual US and UK citizenship and have spent long periods of time in both countries, allowing me to translate into British or American English as you prefer.
Outside of translation, I work as a dance and theatre artist.
