تم الاتفاق بين الطرف الأول والطرف الثاني على أن يقوم الطرف الثاني بالعمل لدى الطرف الأول بوظيفة محاسب براتب شهري وقدره ٢٠٠٠ دولار تدفع له آخر كل شهر ، وتعتبر مدة هذا العقد سنتين يعطى في نهايتها إجازة قدرها شهر، وتعتبر الشهور الثلاثة الأولى تجربة لمعرفة مدى نشاط الطرف الثاني وجديته في العمل ويلتزم الطرف الثاني بالعمل في المكان الذي يحدده له الطرف الأول وبالأسلوب المطلوب منه وضمن عدد الساعات الذي يحددها له الطرف الأول وبما يتفق مع نظام العمل والعمال في الدولة ويعتبر سريان هذا العقد من تاريخ مباشرة الطرف الثاني.
Translation - English work contract:
It was agreed between the first and the second party, that the second party works for the first party as an accountant with a monthly salary of $ 2000, to be paid to him at the end of each month. The duration of this contract is two years, and a vacation of one month is given at the end of it. Whereas the first three months are considered as a trial to know the extent of the party’s activity and work seriousness. Furthermore, the second party is obligated to work in the place, and manner required within the number of hours determined for him by the first party and in accordance with the work and workers system in the country, the contract validity is considered from the date of commencement of the second party.
