Bio

Background

New to freelancing but experienced in translation. Japanese to English translator with two years translation experience in advertising/marketing.


Experience

I worked as an in-house translator for a company which specialised in advertising. My job was to translate Japanese text and audio advertisements into English. In this position, I was exposed to many different sectors, from education to technology, engineering to agriculture, pop culture to history. As a result I have picked up a lot of specialist vocabulary, and am confident tackling a wide range of subjects.
