I am a Brazilian currently living in Brazil. In 2009 I decided to move
to Brisbane, Australia, wanting to improve my English skills as well as
learning about a different culture. While living there I completed English and
Business courses and also worked for several different companies, amongst others
a local Fashion Label where I not only had to practice my English on a
day-to-day basis but also was in charge of managing our team. In 2012 I decided to travel around Australia and later New Zealand as well.
Throughout the traveling I did voluntary work in many different areas where I
got to meet people from all over the world, which gave me a broad understanding
of different cultures and helped me improve my English even more. In 2013 I returned to live in Brazil, which is when I started to teach
private English classes. Since 2019 I have had a desire to be more flexible with
my working schedule and that led me to work as a freelance translator. I value a good work relationship with my clients,
which I believe is based on clear and open communication. I am productive,
focused and creative in problem-solving. I can be
relied on in terms of confidentiality, deadlines and handing in a satisfying
product.
