This bears reference to the Order No 40-3/2020-DM-1 (A) issued by Government of India’s Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) dated 1 May 2020 (Clause 7, f in the Annexure) read along with earlier Orders of even number dated 24 March, 2020, 14 April, 2020 and 15 April, 2020. Also, we would like to draw your attention to item 9 of the Press Release issued on 1 May 2020 by the MHA which makes mention of NBFCs as having already been allowed to function in the Red Zones.
