Kid-safe social content platform PopJam launches in Thailand
Bangkok, 7 August 2018 - PopJam, the only kid-safe social content platform has launched in Thailand this month after successful launches in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Vietnam. PopJam is the only COPPA and GDPR-K compliant social platform, used by global brands such as Disney, Hasbro, Mattel and others to engage with their under-13 audience.
Designed for children, the PopJam platform provides a creative, fun and safe environment for kids to create and share content, interact within a like-minded community and discover the range of new brand and editorial channels.
Engagement is monitored 24/7 with kid-safe moderation technology and human moderators ensuring a fully appropriate environment for children. All content, including videos, games, quizzes, puzzles and challenges are curated. In addition private messaging, selfies and the use of real names and locations are not permitted.
PopJam platform answers a growing digital demand in Thailand
Children in Thailand are digitally savvy and plugged in. TotallyAwesome has found that 98 per cent of children in Thailand would rather consume content on the internet than on TV. Kids engage and consume digital content for up to 4.5 hours per day on weekends.
PopJam offers a safe environment for kids to get on social media, play, create, share and engage with their favourite influencers such as KanaKiss. Known for her bubbly personality and engaging toy reviews, KanaKiss will be working with PopJam to introduce the app to her 1.1 million subscribers through her YouTube channel.
KanaKiss’ Surprise Eggs on PopJam
To launch PopJam, KanaKiss has organised a special edition of her “Surprise Egg Challenge” where she discovers all the PopJam features, while explaining them to her followers. She will encourage her fans to experience PopJam themselves by decorating their own surprise eggs and sharing their creations on the app.
