I am taking this opportunity to give my personal recommendation of Mr. Jean Michel for the selection of P4H competition. Mr. Michel has now been a teacher of Lifesong Christian School since March of 2021. The need for teachers’ mid-year came as we had a few teachers unable to come to work. Mr. Michel had the opportunity to help with our teaching needs as we moved teachers around to accommodate the students needs during this time. Mr. Jean Michel adapted very well to our teaching methods and worked well in the classroom with both the students and the staff.
Mr. Michel has been able to adjust his teaching style to a new innovative, collaborative style that we use here at Lifesong. Mr. Michel has also incorporated his own methods to encourage the learning environment in each classroom. He has been able to create and implement technology, critical thinking skills, and interactive/participative methods.
Mr. Michel is willing to grow, learn and implement new ways to make learning exciting and fun. He has a wonderful reputation with both students and staff and developed strong relationship with students not only in the classroom but outside the classroom and extracurricular activities.

Michel est maintenant un enseignant de l'Ecole Chrétienne Chant de Vie depuis Mars 2021. Nous avions eu le besoin d’enseignants au cours de l’année. M. Michel a eu l'occasion d'aider à répondre à nos besoins d'enseignement, car nous avons déplacé les enseignants pour répondre aux besoins des élèves pendant cette période. M. Jean Michel s'est très bien adapté à nos méthodes d'enseignement et a bien travaillé en classe avec les élèves et le personnel.
M. Michel a été capable d'adapter son style d'enseignement à un nouveau style innovant et collaboratif que nous utilisons ici à L’Ecole Chrétienne Chant de Vie. M. Michel a également incorporé ses propres méthodes pour encourager l'environnement d'apprentissage dans chaque classe. Il a pu créer et mettre en œuvre la technologie, les compétences de pensée critique et les méthodes interactives/participatives.

I started translating since 2017, because I was working at an international airport, it was very useful to help people who can't understand other language than their native language. And when I started working at an International Organization, I started to translate for the Managers, they were US foreigners, new to the country, with no level in French or Haitian creole. I Was the one responsible to translate for them with local services, recruitment, training, and also legal documents.
I give good quality translating, and I also proofread. I make translating fun because I really like using other language than my native one, and that also help me to improve my skills.
