Objective: this checklist can be used to record actions taken when investigating a complaint received about promotional or non-promotional materials or activities in accordance with SOP-1942 Healthcare Compliance-Related Complaints Management.
It is intended to complement the application of Code/Regulation/Law and internal policies and processes.
Note: the manager/lead must ensure a comprehensive, effective and documented fact-finding exercise is undertaken for any such complaints, in oder to appropriate action can be taken in a timely manner.

The Collision Warning system with Brake Support is designed to alert the driver of certain collision risks.
A radar detects if your vehicle is rapidly approaching another vehicle travelling in the same direction as yours.
The brake support system helps assist the driver in reducing the collision speed by charging the brakes.
If the risk of collision further increases after the warning light illuminates, the brake support prepares the brake system for rapid braking.
This may be apparent to the driver.
