I am a native Russian, and I have lived in the United States since 1995. I am 32 years old, married.
I have graduated with honors from one of the best Universities in Russia, and English was one of my majors (see my resume). In 1993 I was chosen to participate in the Freedom Exchange Program between Russian and American business executives, that was sponsored by the State Department and Mr. Newt Gingrich.
My goal is to do the most accurate translation, that reads naturally in its target language, while preserving the style of the original document.
I started translating and interpreting in 1988, and since then I have acquired a lot of experience that let me perfect my technical, commercial, professional, and every-day linguistic skills.
My experience includes translations of technical manuals, machinery equipment descriptions and specifications, legal contracts, business correspondence, medical information, advertising and marketing materials, aerospace industry documents, etc. I interpreted TELECOM at NASA, translated and interpreted for the US businessmen, state representatives, and Mayor of Indiana. Translated documents (legal and medical) for St. John Healthcare System. I did simultaneous interpretation of a conference between the US and Russian young political leaders.
Also have experience of interpreting live on TV.
Translate up to 5-6000 words per day depending on the technical level of the original document.
