I've been working with languages ever since I graduated from university with a 'Maîtrise' in Marketing and Management applied to sports (U.F.R S.T.A.P.S – Montpellier-France), and after having completed a 'DEUG' - English & German (UNIVERSITÉ P.VALERY, Montpellier-France) and passed the Certificate of Proficiency in English (RSA Cambridge).

For nearly fifteen years, my work has involved teaching English and French as foreign languages, for which I obtained the following qualifications: CELTA (INTERNATIONAL HOUSE CAIRO) and DELTA/ course &TP exam (INTERNATIONAL HOUSE BARCELONA) and during which I demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and competence.

Although I was brought up in a bilingual environment - French and English parents - I translate exclusively into French, which I speak and write more fluently than English. This choice is justified by the highest quality standards I wish to give to my work.

My language skills in Spanish and Catalan, the two other languages I use as a translator, have been learnt at secondary and high school and later improved while living in Catalonia and in Argentina (Spanish - CEF C2 Reading and Speaking, Catalan - CEF B2 Reading, A2 Speaking).

My training in translation involves an Introduction course to translation (I.H BARCELONA) and a preparation for the IoLET Diploma in Translation (CITY UNIVERSITY of LONDON).

Although I've spent a lot of time abroad over the last fifteen years, I've always made the effort to keep in touch with my main mother tongue and target language by being a member of various 'Alliance Française' and 'Institut Français' around the world.
