WORK METHOD
Delivery of the material to translate: The material delivered via electronic mail will return in time and forms as per previous agreement.
Work method: The document will be translated as required, respecting the meaning, scientific and/or technical terminology, and the format that is desired to be given.
Delivery of the translation: The delivery will be made into the pre-accorded time of reception the original, via electronic mail in Word format (doc). (The first delivery of first page will be given the day after reception of the original document).
Format of the documents: The translation is made according to the order in A4 leaves, true type as required, usually in Arial 12 title in bold interlined 4 margins of 2.5cm each.
Contact: Permanent via basic line, MSN Messenger, Skype Messenger and of course electronic mail.
Costs: The cost of the work is according to the previous negotiation the payment method to agree basically the cost per word depend on which language and the branch of expertise required.
NOTE: The data that contain documents will be dealt with extreme responsibility and confidentiality, since their use and spreading are of exclusive responsibility and right of their author, being this case. Also, a copy of the document like security guarantee will be conserved during 30 (thirty) days once passed that lapse; the document will be eliminated of the system.
