Currently I am working with the group of International Engineering Contractors at Tengiz Oil Field development Project. Our group is engaged in the different Site Projects. We design and issue different types of drawings ranging from the civil construction to the instruments and Distributed Control Systems. We have a lot of different training events in our office, as the goal of the group is to prepare local specialists to replace foreign Contractors. So I do have some ideas and understanding in general.

Having had more than 20 years experience with Western companies both major and small independent operators I became familiar with many oil field development and production projects (Uzen, Zhetybay, Tengiz, Karachaganak in Kazakhstan; Priobskoe, Vozey, Sakhalin 1, 3 off-shore in Russia; West Qurna, North Rumeila and Rafidain in Iraq). I have successfully completed different tasks ranging from the on site interpreter to the negotiator-member of the team running business talks at the Ministry level. Besides, when necessary I presented the interests of my Clients independently at some Government agencies. Substantial experience as conference interpreter (which also sometimes is referred to as simultaneous interpreter). Some references to the performance of the above task can be presented in the RL if required. I have some computer skills that is to say I worked with CAD programs such as AutoCAD 2000 and Micro Station; as well as with Microsoft: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
