After my German Language study (University of Nijmegen), I did an additional study for German-Dutch and Dutch-German translation (ITV Hogeschool voor Tolken en Vertalen, Utrecht). Furthermore I studied German commercial correspondence. I also studied Theology at a German College (Evangelische Fernschule Worms). I have lived in Germany several times. In 1990 I started teaching German at highschool level. Since 2000 I am working as a freelance translator, as a permanent author for several Dutch and German magazines and as a reviewer.
I work punctually and never miss a deadline.
I am writing German lessonbooks for highschool and collegelevel.
I studied 'Deutsch als Fremdsprache: Theorie und Praxis'.
I was also a student at 'Hamburger Akademie für Fernstudien': writing of stories.
I'm an author of several books for children (in both German as in Dutch), poems and short stories (both also in German and Dutch)
