Ich, der unterzeichnete Hans Muster, geb. 01.04.1935, von Zürich, wohnhaft Bahnhofstrasse 100, 8001 Zürich, verfüge letztwillig folgendes:
1. Alle meine bisherigen letztwilligen Verfügungen hebe ich hiermit vollständig auf.
2. Ich setze die folgenden Personen als Erben meines Nachlasses ein:
a) Mein Patenkind, Peter Sommer, geb. 30.12.1969, von Winterthur, wohnhaft Zürichstr. 10, 8400 Winterthur,
b) Meine Nichte Susanne Beispiel-Muster, geb. 12.07.1968, von Uster, wohnhaft Pfannenstielstrasse 50, 8610 Uster,
je zu gleichen Teilen.
Sollte Susanne Beispiel-Muster vor mir verstorben sein, treten ihre Nachkommen an ihre Stelle, in allen Graden nach Stämmen. Sollte sie ohne Hinterlassung von Nachkommen vorverstorben sein, tritt ihr Ehemann Rudolf Beispiel an ihre Stelle.
3. Aus meinem Nachlass sind folgende Vermächtnisse auszurichten:
a) An meinen Wanderkameraden Walter Müller, Tannenweg 1, 8636 Wald:

4. Meine Nichte Susanne Beispiel-Muster bzw. die Ersatzerben sind berechtigt, meine Markensammlung auf Anrechnung an ihren Erbanteil zu Alleineigentum zu übernehmen.
5. Als Willensvollstreckerin ernenne ich Emma Meier, geb. 1.1.1961, Niederdorfstrasse 1, 8001 Zürich. Sollte Emma Meier verstorben sein, oder das Amt ablehnen, ernenne ich die XY Bank, Zürich.

3. Dei miei beni andranno comunicati i seguenti lasciti: a) al mio compagno di escursioni Walter Müller, Tannenweg 1, 8636 Wald: il mio bastone da escursione “Alpin” b) alla istituzione di pubblica utilità Muster, Bahnhofstr. 2, 8088 Zürich: Fr. 10'000.— (diecimila franchi svizzeri).
4. Mia nipote Susanne Beispiel-Muster o i suoi eredi hanno diritto alla proprietà esclusiva della mia collezione di francobolli come parte della quota ereditaria.

from England or Wales into the custody of a member of the police force of the
Republic of Ireland [or brought before the Magistrates’ Court sitting at …….. pursuant to a
provisional warrant of arrest issued under section 4 of the Backing of Warrants
(Republic of Ireland) Act 1965]:
